Honestly bery good for the price, fabric picture an in real life not quite the same texture, cushion I ordered is 6 inches. This one's about 7 but it worked out fine.

I then left a negative review and they responded to contact them at *******@groupabyport.com, which I did. Once again, no response! I have followed up repeatedly on numerous occasions.

The seat cushions that you sit on are great! The back cushions are not comfortable to lean back against because they are just seat cushions. True back cushions have a softer foam. I am so disappointed that I spent over $2k on back cushions that now I have to replace. Feeling really regretful!

First time customer. We needed to replace old cushions on our patio furniture. My first thought was that Patio HQ was too good to be true. The site was easy to navigate. Colors and sizes were easy to select. Twelve cushions showed up in one small box. We opened the box and were pleasantly surprised that each pair of cushions had been vacuum shrunk. I ordered a rounded cushion for a wicker chair, however, it was only slightly rounded and didn't fit. It hung over the edge. Now I have no use for it.

Terrible experience so far. I place an order over the weekend and received an email telling my order had not yet been completed. I thought I failt to checkout so I revisited the site and finished the order. I immediately emailed the company over the weekend after their chatbot could not help me. I was aking them to confirm only one order had been placed. Monday they email me and state they could once again find no orders. Then later in the day, they email me and state that 2 orders had been placed and they are charging me for both. BEWARE! FRAUD!

We were looking at various places to buy cushions for our outdoor furniture and nobody seemed to have our sizes. After a quick search, I found PatioHQ. It was super easy to choose materials (even Sunbrella) put in your sizes and seam style and number of ties.
The cushions were made within two weeks and shipped out in vacuum packed bags for efficiency.
All in all, a great experience for a great price.

We bought a H&G patio furniture set from Walmart that was a quality wicker with a super sturdy frame but had the worst cushions.
