I received my items and the stitching was subpar. A lot if threads every where. Some of the seams came apart. You would think that with all the threads that would not have happened. I would not buy from them again, nor would I recommend.

Product shipped to wrong street number. Contacted Fed Ex to have street number changed. Refused to change because shipper must change. Contacted PatioHQ - they opened a ticket and immediate closed it. Received email from Customer BayGroup to say situation had been escalated but ticket has been closed. Cannot get any further information. Have disputed charges with credit card company.

Perfect fit, color and quality cushion replacement! I wasn't sure what to expect but I got more than I bargained for. I was sorely disappointed in another cushion replacement company, zippers don't even work and for the money I paid that is unacceptable. The price was right on with this one and it exceeded my expectations. I would take a leap of faith and use this company for all my cushion replacements. Sunbrella fabric too! And if you live in Florida that is a must if you want the colors to last!

We ordered custom patio cushions with somewhat odd dimensions due to the original frame. The cushions we received from Patio HQ exceeded our expectations! The material is very nice, easy to remove (machine washable) and the cushion inserts is just the right amount of firmness (not too soft, not too hard). These really are very good quality. We can't wait to enjoy our patio now!
Packaging and delivery was also very good. We were surprised how quickly they shipped despite being custom made. Highly recommended!

I tried to make a change to my order the day after I placed it, but was told "the fabric has already been cut so no changes are allowed." I don't think this is true, since it took 3 more weeks to get the product. Customers should know that the company is in India, so shipping/customs takes a while.

Very good selection of designs and colors fit bench cushions. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered fairly fast. (The east coast was hit with a storm and that affected delivery.)

They did a great job on our made-to-order loveseat cushion. Thick foam and nice heavy Sunbrella fabric. Plan on having them make cushions for our chairs now to match the loveseat cushion. They look great and feel great!
