The process was easy, I had wished there was a larger color selection of Sunbrella fabrics. The delivery was delayed slightly, and having thought all was made in USA, I was aghast to learn the order was coming from Gujarat, INDIA! The quality was quite good however. Thank you

Their website says made in USA. The cushion I received was shipped from India says material is sunumbrella. Impossible material is very thin will not purchase from them again especially with fraudulent statement made in USA.

I like the cushions, but I ordered a wide stripe & the stripes were not matched to the sides. The side stripes are horizontal. For the price, I expected better.

What a disaster. From start to finish, it took nine weeks to receive my two orders from PatioHQ. The core issue wasn't just the delay but the complete breakdown in communication and accountability. There were no timely updates on order status, production progress, or shipping. Instead, I found myself in an endless loop of chasing information. In a single email thread, I was handed off to no fewer than five different PatioHQ representatives. Each one made new promises about production dates, delivery timelines, or shipping details—but those commitments came and went without action. The only time anything moved forward was when I initiated yet another follow-up to call attention back to my order.
I was lied to about production start time when I threatened to report to BBB and request a full refund. I never received: - a single tracking # or confirmation of production or shipment, or even an update on order status for either of my orders without multiple emails from me to customer service.
- Production on multiple orders didn't begin until the delivery date had come and gone and only at my prompting.
- The online order account portal was never correct or useful gauge of my order progress. The product itself, appears well-made, and of good quality. Overall, I would never order from PatioHQ again.

I ordered a bench cushion with rounded corners in the back to match the contour of the bench. The cushion has a very minor roundness and does not represent what your site displays. The cushion has a 2 inch gap from the bench back to the back of the cushion. Would love to order additional cushions for other backyard furniture, however not confident in what i will receive versus what i order.

I found this company online and I'm thrilled that I did. I measured my two rectangular and one round ottoman and proceeded to select a fabric. Great selection of options. Even though it was Sunday, i received a chat message asking me to confirm my measurements. Invoice copy came back to me the same day. Less than three weeks, the covers came. They fit perfectly. I love them. Highly recommend this company

The cushions were sewn perfectly and size is correct. However, I am not using them because I didn't order thick enough foam. I can feel the bars of the seat below the cushion. I thought the foam would be firmer. Pretty expensive cushions that I am not using.
