My chairs were very nice but the AZ sun won the war with my covers. Patiohq made new covers to the exact measurements and these chairs look like new. Excellent craftsmanship.
Perfect fit and color I was trying to match with the other cushions I already had purchased a while ago, but that vendor didn't have the ottoman insert cushion I needed for a full matched set. So I had the old ottoman cover bought in 2007 in brown and tan... stuck out like a sore thumb against the blue. PatioHQ had the almost exact color blue. I thought finding the right color and size was going to be a nightmare... but I did the measurements and sent in the order and it was the perfect size, shape and color. Five star product, five star customer service. Thank you!

Excellent experience. I purchased a new ottoman but didn't like the cushion; so I found PatioHq and simply choose what I wanted from their wide selection and ordered a cushion. I came in a reasonable timeframe. What I received was just as imagined only better.

I ordered two seat cushions and two back cushions. The seat cushions were to have ties at each corner. One of them had only 3 ties. I called customer service and they immediately agreed to send me a new cushion cover with four ties. They expedited the product and will ship it to me in about three days. They handled this replacement with extreme efficiency. They called me to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution. I was very impressed with their follow-up.

I am really pleased with our custom cushions for our outdoor couches. I did some shopping around and Patio HQ by far had the best prices. The cushions are comfortable and seem well made. My only minor complaint is that the stitching is a little sloppy but it doesn't really show once the cushions are on the couch. Overall, I would buy from here again for sure.

Always skeptical when ordering things online but I thought I would go ahead and order some cushions since I could order the sizes I needed. They came in vacuumed packed and packaged securely. I opened them and they expanded to the correct size. Very good quality, I'm very happy with my choice

I appreciated the ease of ordering cushions for bespoke sizes and fabrics. When I received the product, the fabric was of good quality and the color was true to what's shown on their website. The filling, however, was disappointing. There wasn't enough foam to fill the cushion completely and the foam itself wasn't firm enough to hold the cushion's shape. I tried to redistribute the foam to get it to fill the corners but it didn't work. With use and inevitable compression of the foam I think the problem would get even worse. I ordered one cushion as test before purchasing an entire set for my sofa (since they're not returnable) and unfortunately I won't be ordering more cushions.

I initially had an issue with an order for custom Adirondack chair cushions and found the response from customer support to be disappointing.
