PatioHQ means well. They are kind. So why did I give them a one star rating? The main reason is that it is very difficult to communicate with them via phone, email, and/or web. The language barrier presents a problem, making it difficult to understand what the agent is saying. The communications technology makes it difficult to hear via a phone call or to navigate their web portal. The delivery date I was given once I first placed my order was April 21. I received my order on May 14. In that interim I was told it was delayed in production. Then the FedEx tracking said it was stuck in Mumbai India. The website says everything is manufactured in the U.S. I hope there is some constructive criticism here that they can use to improve their operations.

This is supposed to be Sunbrella material and custom made. It is a shabby product made in India. The spacing between the cushions isn't enough to allow them to bend with the chaise lounge as it changes positions. The ties are attached to the wrong side of the cushions and the end of one is sewn into a seam so it can't be used at all. They sent me an email asking me for a video. 4 minutes later they sent an email saying if I didn't respond in 48 hours they would close my ticket. 2 minutes after that the same Bob Victors said he closed my claim because he hadn't heard from me in over 48 hours…all in a period of 6 minutes! Don't waste your money!

They delivered exactly what we ordered. It fits perfectly and the workmanship looks good. Our only hiccup was that the system said they could delivery it in less than a week and life doesn't work that way. However, their customer response to the delay was excellent. No AI. A real person. We ordered a bench seat and a bench back. The bench back arrived incorrect. I sent a customer service request in and have not recieved a response in 4 days despite their automated response that I'd recieve something within 2 hours. I've followed up twice now. Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 pieces of outdoor furniture and unfortunately all three pieces arrived with damage. Several frame pieces had deep scratches with visible coating damage, and most of the other frame pieces had lighter scratches and scuff marks. The packaging did not appear sufficient to properly protect the furniture during shipping, and the quality of frames did not appear to hold up through shipping.
I later received what appears to be the cushions, but the package seems unusually small for the full set, so I have not opened it since I am currently trying to resolve the issue and would like to return the order.
The most frustrating part has been customer service. I first reported these issues nearly two weeks ago and have made several follow up phone calls and sent multiple emails. Each time I've been told the matter has been escalated, but I have yet to receive any meaningful update or resolution.

I was told that I would receive a call back which I now have waited 4 days for the call back. You have my money for the order placed so its not a big issue for you to see the order fulfilled. I received my order three days past the date that was promised. In addition, the size of the cushions ordered were incorrect by being two inches too long. Ordered cushions for an outdoor bench. The stitching is terrible, seat back has no structure…. Its like a bag of loose feathers and it was the wrong size. Random white seam in center of bottom cushion

Received the cushions quicker than expected. They are much better quality than ones we previously purchased from Frontage at half the price! Advise to get 6 inch depth on seats & backs as they are super comfortable and sturdy!

The one less than 5 stars was the confusion and difficulty in tracking the production process. In the end the order arrived after the original date but BEFORE the date I was given as a delayed time. As I said--a bit of confusion.

I carefully measured all our cushions and had my husband take measurements as well to be sure they were accurate. I was excited when they arrived and immediately took them out and began to put them on. There was nothing on them to indicate which were for the back cushions and which were for the seat cushions. After trying them all, we finally were able to get the seat cushions on.Although they are very snug, and it took both of us to get them on. The back cushions, however, are huge too small for the seat, but too big for the back. I will either have to alter them myself or take them somewhere to have them altered.

The order took extremely long, and when I emailed to inquire, it was clear, it had gotten lost in the shuffle. I ultimately received what I ordered as a test cushion to see if it would work for an entire sectional, and it too almost 7 weeks for 1 cushion. Admittedly, the cushion itself was fine, but would never take a chance on ordering from this company in the future... unless I had no time contraints.

Tracking order was not successful. Cushions showed up a week later, after the scheduled Celebration of Life event. Disappointed.

I inherited ten-year old RH outdoor sofas -- in need of new seat cushions. Patio HQ made the switch so easy. Measured the cushions I had -- went on the web site, typed in the dimensions, picked a fabric, and foam -- and, voila! The new cushions arrived and are just perfect replacements. Happy customer.
