I contacted PatioHQ when my order had not arrived three weeks after the date they had given me. I received canned AI responses which were not helpful. My order finally arrived missing a pillow. Again no response from customer support either by email or phone.
With respect to product quality, the cushion are passable, however I ordered the back cushions with rounded top corners and square bottom corners. The tops and bottoms seemed to be finished identically.
The team at PatioHq is very responsive and supportive. The cushions ordered were delivered on time and all in one piece.

After the delivery date passed, i tried contacting by chat, email and phone. No response. No updates on why delivery eas delayed. After a few days, i tried again and did actually get a human on the phone. No explanation as to why no email updates. I did get my order and all seems good. Customer service is a priority so won't be using this company again

I purchased from this company because the delivery date was scheduled about 3 weeks prior to my event. Needless to say, I started getting worried when I still hadn't received my product 1 week prior to my event (2 weeks after the original delivery date). I called customer service to inquire if my order would arrive in time because it hadn't shipped yet. They said they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive in time, so I asked for a refund. Then I was given the run-around and the rep (in India) told me I had to wait until the USA office opened to help me with a discount or refund. She mentioned that they would call me in the morning. No call or voicemail the next day. Instead I get a shipping confirmation letting me know that my product was shipped.
My product didn't arrive in time for my event. I bought a whole new outdoor furniture set to host my event, which was a huge inconvenience that added to my stress level at the eleventh hour.
I asked for a refund for my purchase prior to it being shipped, and am still asking for one. I've asked to speak to the supervisor/ manager and will update this review if I ever hear back from them.

Honestly the cost out paces the quality and fit, form and function of product.To be fair, it is all in what the customer is looking for.
By the time I stumbled onto this site I was frustrated and in a hurry to find the size of cushion I was looking for and did not take my time comparing prices, quality, usage and need. There are so many variables that drive the consumer to buy a product.
I was looking for a very specific size and color that I paid little mind to cost. I thought it was for a set of 2 or 4. It was for a single set bottom with back cushion. I paid 176.00 for it.
It is of excellent quality material [Sunbrella]. I would state that the quality is good to great. But I am unsure as it is not time tested for fade and wear.
They did an excellent job with the customization of the item. The sizing was spot on. The color was as good, but did seem a little duller than on the site. But that could be computer colorization. I was not impressed with the cushion material, I do like it more formed and less fluffy.
Overall the product was good but not great for the price. In comparison to some cheaper cushion I could not find what was the appeal to buy a more expensive product for what I got. If it is in the chemistry and science of the material and UV protectant then maybe. But still not enough to warrant the price.
For me, I ended up ordering a mass produced market set for 1/4 the price of one with the brighter color desired at that price I can afford to test proformance and replace if not satisfied. Which would be harder to do at these prices.
This is from a not wealthy prospective. If you are and cost is not a burden, by all means spend it.

Cushions came in a damaged oversized box. The cushions were not wrapped in plastic and loose in the oversized box. There was grease stains on both cushions and one of the cushions was ripped.

I ordered 6 new cushions to replace my old ones. The old ones were never thick enough. Ordered new Sunbrella cushions in a slightly different color and with 3 inches of padding and so far I like them. It took a while to get them so I had to wait a little longer than I wanted, but for the price and the inconvenience of waiting, I was pleased.

One week ago I received the wrong order. I received a very large package (6 ft long) which contained 6 items. I ordered 1 item 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I am also awaiting instructions on how to return the order I did receive.

Chair cushions lack finishing touch on uniformity and foam is not good quality.

I was excited to find Patio HQ to be able to create some custom cushions. They arrived but in the wrong fabric. I've emailed them and also spoken to their call center repeatedly and every time they tell me I'll get a call back to correct the order, but no one calls back. They clearly do not want to correct their mistake and now I have expensive cushions I cannot use.

Found a place to make custom cushions, what I ordered and how they came completely different. On my lounger I wanted 6 tie downs and I got 10 on the wrong side of the Cushion! Next, needed a chair cushion with 3 inch foam and it was suppose to be 1 complete cushion and came as 2 separate cushions with one of them stuffed like a pillow. The ottoman cushion isn't bad except it on came with a 3 inch foam insert instead of the 4 inch foam insert I ordered special. If I can get the to send me a new foam insert for the pillowy cushion I can make the cushions work but not happy about the situation.

I have a porch swing from Ballard - they dont offer a replacment cover only the full bench seat and cover for at a very expensive price. Waited for years to get the cover with them. Finally had custom made. Also very expensive and not great quality. Time for a new one discovered PatioQ Quicky and easily ordered at a great price. So happy I could finally have a new cushion that looks great and I didn't spend 500+. Yay!

Needed new cushions for outside furniture and Patio HQ got me custom sizes pretty quickly. All ready for summer. They actually shipped from India which I didn't realize at time of order.

I have a very old "vintage "glider bench that also has a vintage cushion, due to the size. I have searched high and low and could never find a cushion with the same dimensions. Patio HQ saved me! I loved how easy the ordering process was, and it arrived pretty quickly. I'm definitely going to use them for more patio cushions.
