I bought parts from parts Zila what we're supposed to be delivered five days later today everything look like it was on track until the day after the parts are supposed to arrive and they did not arrive. When I checked back with the website for partszila, it still showed my parts were being processed, but when I sent a text message to ask about my parts, they informed me that those parts are on back order and they didn't even have them so they essentially put me five days behind on ordering my parts for somebody that would deliver as they promise
I got OEM parts for my YZ85, the parts were a good price, shipping took a couple weeks to get to Canada.
As a noob rider, I recently crashed. Everything that I needed to get my bike right again was listed in a simple manner with diagrams. I appreciate their service and will be using them again. Thank you!

We are so sorry that your experience was so frustrating. Unfortunately, some parts are not available for free shipping due to issues like weight, this is stated in the details on the parts as well as at checkout.
I had to contact customer service because the schematic was at the wrong angle for me to be sure I had the correct- the gentleman who answered was patient & informative, helped me figure out which part I needed & made sure it was in stock. I ordered another part at the same time, both arrived quickly & were exactly what I needed to get my bike back on the road!

Shipping to Israel was super fast and the part arrived in 9 days.
In the support side they was very quick an responsive but send me to search the part by myself.
There are some model differences between US and Europe so I've couldn't decide which one is similar to my model, eventually I dig the web in order to find the part id no.

I used the website and ordered the part per my VIN and model number. The part I received is for a different region style motorcycle not a US motorcycle. After sitting on hold for over an hour I tried their SMS text message method and that still took me about two hours to get the answer that they no longer can get a US model for the part that I needed. Had I known any of this before I ordered the part I would've kept searching but now that I'm $100 into it i'm stuck.

**BUYERS BEWARE** My mom ordered my stepdad a part for his fourwheeler back in March. They didn't think anything of it since the website seemed nice enough and had the part he was needing. Fast forward to today (July 20th) and the part is now saying August 15th… She spent over $480 on this part.
So I thought I'd reach out to customer service, but their # isn't working because they're moving warehouses and fulfilling orders. Has to be one of the WORST customer services I've ever dealt with. If someone reads this, she wants a refund immediately!

I finally received an email saying that Partzilla was working on my order but still no parts as of 5pm July 13. In the meantime in order to get my Honda ST90 project rolling I ordered many of the same parts from Beatrice online and they arrived 2 days later! I'll have some duplicate parts but that is the price of the lesson I learned. I wonder if Partzilla gave that Honda Grom away in the contest they were having?

I ordered and paid for parts for my Honda ST90 restoration project on June 23rd and as of today there has been no communication, no parts picked yet and their CHAT NOW is shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. I'm concerned but yet I keep getting advertisements online.
Placed my order on June 17th. 2 parts were stated as available and 2 parts would be available on June 20th. I have called numerous times and keep getting the run around. Oh were having warehouse issues, emergencies, blah blah blah. Last Thursday George said they were shipping out and I would see them shortly. As of today the order status still says the same thing. I wont use them again. Very, very disappointed!

Absolute worst customer service -- every time try to call either it is a 2hr hold time or they are closed. They NEVER responds to customer service emails -I have sent 3 and I have ben waiting on my order for 2.5 mons. For jus ta a simple sticker that they claimed was available and in tock! Ridiculous. I will NEVER buy from Partzilla again due to their lack of response / communication and piss poor customer service.

Partzilla sucks... they've gotten too big to properly deal with customers... I placed my order on 06-17-22, parts were listed as available to ship within 2-3 days of order, as of 7-8-22, NOTHING... The most annoying thing about this transaction is no contact in any form stating there will be a delay... So, today I just went to call to cancel my order cause it can't be done on the net... I was put in a que with 101 people in front of me with an hour and forty minute estimated wait time... Anyhow, a simple email stating a delay would take place with my order would have been enough to pacify me. At this point, I no longer want to deal with them, just want my money back.

The site will tell you ships in 2-3 days but the dates change and keeps getting pushed back You sit on chat over over an hour to get nowhere or they say its shipping today, just for you to check later that day and back to "closed for an emergency". Always something in the last month. Pay for expedited shipping to try to get stuff here quicker. Seems customer service used to be top notch and in last 3-4 months, horrible/non existent. I will hope its better with their "new facility". Otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere and we are a shop so we spend ALOT of money with them. Time to start seeking out other distributors I guess.
