After waiting eight months on two simple parts for a Honda 420 we found out they charged our shop for the wrong parts. Had them in stock the whole time, then try to charge us an additional fee after us arguing the facts. They said they would waive the fee and get our parts shipped out immediately after waiting another week we called back they never shipped out the parts and forced us to pay additional fee. They are very unprofessional. They lie and keep charging you more and more money.
Ordered a windshield then checked the site four days later to see if it had shipped. Found out that it had been canceled due to being out of stock. Had not received an email or any type of external notification of the cancelation. If I hadn't checked the site I would have been waiting on a part that would never arrive. Talked to customer service rep and asked for any similar part that was in stock. After asking several times he gave me a part number. I ordered the part on the 10th. Checked the site on the 15th, still no shipment. When asked why they responded that the part restocks on the 16th then will be processed even though was told it was in stock when I ordered on the 10th.

I ordered a bolt for a 97 Vulcan 800 I'm working on. Guy needed it back for a big ride today. I ordered last Friday and paid an extra $12 for fast shipping in less than 3 days and it's now Thursday (6 days later) and the bolt still hasn't arrived. I had called about 3 days after ordering to see where it is. They then told me they didn't even ship it yet. As of today I'm still waiting for the bolt. I spent $30 on a single bolt because I promised I'd have his bike back today otherwise I would've just ordered on eBay or another site which would've had it cheaper and faster. This is pathetic. $30 for a single bolt and it still took all week to send. I'm not ordering here again. No info on when it'll arrive. No tracking number. Nothing for me to see how long he's gonna have to continue to wait. I honestly really regret buying from this company. Not only is He a regular customer and I promised him I'd have it back by today. But now I have to make something work with old bolts I have to make sure it runs well enough for the day without that bolt. If I knew it would've taken this long I would've just asked for a refund days ago and just ordered somewhere else

Why would would you ship parts that are the wrong application? Charged me for two day shipping, when the part was never available. I was misled into believing, that is was a stock item. Way to scam customers out of their monies.

I read that my part was in stock so I placed my order. I paid extra for express shipping but after a week I started to wonder where my part was. It was a very small and easy to ship part weighing no more than a couple ounces so it should have arrived already. I checked the website only to learn that it had never shipped. This was disappointing because you advertise speedy shipping and that was the only reason I chose your website. I decided to call and find out if the status was accurate or if it had not been updated and I was informed it was accurate. The custoner service rep stated the part was not in stock even though the website said it was in stock (both at the time of purchase and at the time of the call). I decided to cancel my order and she then told me thank you. No apology or hint of empathy dealing with a problem that your company caused... she needs a retrain along with whomever is responsible for your website.

Update: Partzilla noted that I referenced competitors in this review and that I canceled my order. It doesn't take much to compete with a company that never ships parts that say "In Stock". How hard is it to just tell the truth about the part status and ship thing within a reasonable timeframe?
I tried ordering a OEM stator for a WR250R last year. It took two months of no ship date for me to cancel and about a week to get a refund.
I placed an order for plastics for my WR250R and they all said "In Stock" on the site. Two days later, it said "Available September 18th" and the date would most likely keep pushing into the future.
So from 2 different orders, one in 2022 and one in 2023, neither order ever shipped. Just don't order from them. In stock means nothing.
I can place an order from Revzilla and it will ship next day. I can place an order from Motosport and it will show up to O'ahu in 2-3 days.

Slowest picking and ordering I've ever encountered. Will never order from partzilla again after taking 2 weeks to pick and ship my simple order of a water pump seal. I had the 2 day shipping refunded after it took 2 days to prepare the order. I placed the order on 9-1 and it said available, it is now 9-17 and I still don't have the seals! I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was.

I ordered three replacement carburetor jets on August 13,2023. Two weeks after I placed the order I still had not received the Jets so I checked online with partszilla and it showed that one jet was back ordered. No one informed me that the order was sitting still and no delivery date was given for the replacement jet. I sent a request to cancel the back ordered item and please send the remaining items to me ASAP. Today is September 8,2023 and I still have not received the two Yamaha Main jets for my golf cart. I received a tracking number for the United States Postal Service, and I think I could've ridden my bicycle to the warehouse faster than waiting on the Postal Service. Companies should take notice of larger groups like Amazon, who deliver immediately and cheaply. If Amazon ever start selling OEM Japanese parts, it's gonna shut down all these other groups.

Ordered several items for my Honda rancher on the morning of 7-31-23, all items were marked as in stock, on 8-1-23 I received a email from partzilla saying that one of the items is backordered, 4 days later I noticed none of the other items were shipped so I reached out to them on their chat option, I was then told it is their policy to not ship any of the in stock items until they receive the backordered item but if I payed another 7.95 (on top of the shipping I already paid) they would release the in stock items and ship, I told the representative I thought that was ridiculous and he said he would waive the 7.95 fee and ship right away... Well here we are 2 days later and nothing has shipped... Partzilla can savor the flavor because they'll never get another penny of my money

Ordered a oil pressure switch on July 1st 2023 that was reported as "in stock". Received an email from Partzilla saying the part was back ordered and they would not have it to ship until July 12. I emailed Partzilla customer service on the morning of the 7th of July asking them to cancel my order and to refund my payment method. At 1:56am on Saturday July 8th I receive an email from Partzilla saying my order has shipped and finally I receive a response from customer service at 9:45am on the 8th saying they are unable to cancel my order because the order has shipped. The moral of the story is "Don't trust Partzilla when they state in stock" and if you want your order shipped asap, just ask for them to cancel the order. I will gladly give my business elsewhere as those that run a business this way do not deserve business at all. Best of luck and hope this review helps.

This company lies to get your business. The part ordered showed in stock and ships next business day. I placed the order and checked on it next business day. It was pushed back 3 days. This happened repeatedly until I finally had to cancel the order and get from the dealer myself. All they did was push me back 2 weeks longer by saying the part was in stock. I called multiple times and asked them to correct the issue at least on that part and they never did. Still shows in stock right now.

Any other status, i.e. “One Business Day” or ships in "2 to 3 days" is an estimate of the lead time from the manufacturer, whose location is usually one day shipping from us. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide us with live availability, in an electronic format, that would allow us to better communicate lead time to customers. Product that we do not stock, we order from the manufacturer within one business day of the customer’s order. Our first notification of any delay from the manufacturer is after we have ordered the product from them due to us pre-purchasing the item from the manufacturer to preserve the customer's place in line to receive the item. Once notified of any back order, we adjust the customer’s ETA, and promptly send an email. During this time, the customer has the option to cancel.
It seriously took this company 16 days to ship my stabilizer bushings. Not received, but ship them. Over two weeks of waiting just for a confirmation of shipping. Come on.
Buyer beware. I ordered a part that was just under the free shipping threshold, so I added an additional item to compensate that. Unfortunately for me the add on part, that said in stock became out of stock a week later, and is on a 2 month back order. That means for me that my original purchase is not going to ship until the 2 month back order add on is in. GREAT! BOLD letters under everything on their website says "FAST SHIPPING"... atleast notify your customers. Thanks for nothing. We will not be ordering anything from you again

Placed an order to Canada and they failed to include the required documents to cross the border so my order was returned to sender. They refunded me everything apart from shipping...took 2 weeks and several calls and live chats to finally get my shipping refunded as this was no fault of my own. Then, I noticed due to the difference in exchange rates from day of purchase to day of refund I'm missing about $40 which they refuse to reimburse even though this whole thing is their fault. So this whole ordeal cost me money and I got no product in exchange. Then they tell me that if I want the parts I need to place a new order...Terrible customer service.
All of our international shipments are shipped with the export documents attached. Occasionally, the documents are separated from the package in transit. Due to this, the package was returned to us. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the exchange rates, and e are unable to reship parts once they have been refunded, therefore, requiring a new order to be placed. This was just a big hassle and I rather have paid retail price for the part then to deal with this company. Box was damaged hence the tire carrier that I ordered was damaged to the extend that it was bent and not useable. Every time I called support I got a different story and finally gave up after 3 weeks of trying to get a replacement and requested a full refund. They would not send out a replacement until I sent the damaged one back even after I explained to them that the original box is so damaged that parts were falling out of the box when I moved it. Of course they left that information out during my prior calls when I was attempting to get this resolved.
Had all the parts I needed in stock for my kawasaki and had to contact support through chat. They responded quickly and gave the correct part numbers.
Paid for expedited shipping just to get an original update thats says the 9th of January a second update stating the 16th of feb and a third one stating the 20th of march my son is so upset! And so am i! Then the refund takes 3-5 days! I will never purchase anything from this horrible $#*! company again
Ordered and Received in 5 days. Granted I only ordered two seat bolts, but they are a very specific shape, so it's not like they'd be available at any corner store. Some of the reviews about shipping here made me nervous, but after this I'll definitely give them more business.
