I stumbled across Partzilla while looking for some much needed battery accessories. The site was easy to navigate. I ordered my part and extras. Price on my Can-Am Outlandler OEM parts was better than anywhere else. Unfortunately the fan was not packaged very well and two of the four corners had broken plastic. I didn't want to wait on a return because needed the parts so I just epoxied them. Otherwise experience was good.

My issue is with the carrier service used for shipping. Parts were shipped with UPS mail innovations which doesn't offer a day definite tracking. And apparently is just generally slow without offering any details about where your parts are. It's a service where UPS takes the shipment and then delivers them to USPS for the final delivery…which almost always results in unneeded delays to save a few pennies. Anyways. Parts were ordered 2-21. Shipped 2-21 from Albany, GA…360 miles away from me and as I write this on 3-2 they still haven't been delivered. My ask is that ya'll simply use single carrier services. USPS w/ tracking, UPS/Fedex ground are all fine. I'm reasonably confident that the $9 I paid for shipping could've provided a service from those that I noted.

If the future, please choose expedited shipping as those packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage and delivered within 2-3 business days. The part I needed was in stock but I ordered the wrong one. Returning the part was simple with help from the tech group and the gentleman helped me find the correct one.
