Used the chat to reach out and speak with someone about installing a plug and play 12v accessorie plug on my Honda rancher. Gave me the part numbers and I ordered that and some extra items. It came in and the wiring harness was wrong. So reached out on the weekend to see if I could get this corrected which partzilla was closed so figured I would hear something back in a day or two. Here we are going on four days and still no response.

I recently acquired two 1996 Yamaha big bear 350s and decided to redo them. I Searching around for parts, which can sometimes be harder to find for these older four wheelers. I found the part that I needed and placed the order. Everything went fine and part arrived in a timely fashion. I will be using them to purchase other parts.
This isn't even just for this order. My last multiple orders parts have said in stock until the confirmation email. Once I get the confirmation emails it says "Available on month, year". Lately the time to place an order to the time it ships has become rather slow as well.

Any other status, i.e. “One Business Day” or ships in "2 to 3 days" is an estimate of the lead time from the manufacturer, whose location is usually one day shipping from us. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide us with live availability, in an electronic format, that would allow us to better communicate lead time to customers. Product that we do not stock, we order from the manufacturer within one business day of the customer’s order. Our first notification of any delay from the manufacturer is after we have ordered the product from them due to us pre-purchasing the item from the manufacturer to preserve the customer's place in line to receive the item. Once notified of any back order, we adjust the customer’s ETA, and promptly send an email. During this time, the customer has the option to cancel.
