Be sure to get the correct part number from Yamaha. I Had 2 different types of Chains for my snowmobile, and had to make some returns. Partzilla was very helpful.

You said it was a guaranteed fit to my 2021 Yamaha Viking. The connector is not even close. No way it would fit. What ever AI you're using to determine if a part fits, you're giving out Bad Answers. Fortunately my Yamaha Dealer had one in stock, and that was a much more satisfying experience.

I was glad they had the 4 small o rings I needed one package.
Just soon after I placed the order.
I saw I ordered 2 qty at $28 each plus $ 9 shipping and try to correct it right away and was directed to return after it was shipped.
I am still trying to return them.
2 of the o rings were really small diameter or it would have $ 5 dollars from a local auto part store.

Partzilla is an easy to use website and I like knowing that I am getting genuine OEM parts when I need them. Partzilla is easier to navigate than most other parts websites.

Easy to use web site. Very detailed and simple to identify parts. New parts are available for old ATV, and prices are reasonable. Fast delivery and excellent packaging. I haven't had to use their customer service, but I hope it is as good as my shopping experience with Partzilla.

I've used partzilla now for a few months and I find you to be very good with customer support, parts availability, and shipping. I've tried ordering from other stores and they have not only lost the order but lied about the shipping date.

Items that show in stock come up as on backorder. Then you dont ship anything, you dont send a note with the option to ship in stock items. You do this evry time I have used partszilla. Ship the items in stock!
This time you held up items i needed to get the bike runing for crap like a licesnse plate frame and nuts and bolts.
