I ordered some parts, sent them to the my cart. When I reviewed my cart there was three items. One of the three items had the amount of three and they're a pair of grips for a three-wheeler why there was three when I only clicked on it once? I don't know but they only sent me one grip. I don't know anyone that sells one grip for 14 bucks. That's ridiculous

I've got nothing but GREAT things to say about my purchases from Partzilla! The parts diagram is 100% helpful with all my question on my 2002 Honda Forman 450. Every person I've spoken to during these processes have been super helpful. The shipping has been super fast and without any delays. Parts have been 100% Honda and fit as they should. The pricing was good, but not anything super special. The issue I had was the shipping. With Dennis Kirk and Motosport and Rocky Mountain ATV shipping is 2-3 days. I assumed partzilla would be on par with them. I should have my package today but that is still 9 days and 1 item (handlebar) was on back order and they kept backordering it. It was the reason I even placed the order with partzilla because the handlebar was on clearance. The free shipping amount to me is way too much. Dennis Kirk is 89 and Motosport is 49. I just hope what I ordered when it comes in is all in good shape so I don't have to deal with any returns. I should have did more research about shipping time. So it is partially my fault.

Very happy with the service. The website was easy to use. The packaging was excellent the parts were in perfect shape as they showed up. This is why I use this site.

The parts I ordered 2 day delivery on the 17th and I still haven't received them. The last notice I received said the 23rd but I got them today.

I perched the part online. I received it in good shape and in a timely manner.

Even paying the extra, its taking longer than normal delivery. This is the third order that I have expedited and all 3 times its taken longer.

Shipping was fast to Hawaii. 2 days. For under 15 bucks. My new go to guys for tires.

On the website or only gives one option for my 1000xp fuel line I got it and its way to short I'll sending it back if I can and I got one at my Polaris dealer

Ordered a $400 starter for kfx450 and was not packaged at all,just a starter in a box in aa box,no foam,no air bags,nothing.starter gear was protruding out of oem box and shipping box,could tell it was thrown around from they 3 to 4 holes on shipping box,and positive terminal was dangling from starter,come on guys TEMU DOES BETTER THAN THAT!.and also partzilla had to restock starter so no telling when I'll receive replacement
