The online parts ordering system is excellent. Much better than your competition. I haven't had to wait more than a few days for parts and really like the notifications.

I paid for fast shipping. The shipping department shipped usps ground advantage. Shipping that way USPS had no obligation to get it here quickly. I paid for the quicker shipping so it would get here before the weekend. But that didn't happen did it? No. Partzilla don't offer the faster shipping if you're not going to actually do that. After all that I just said, the customer service was awesome! They refunded my extra $4.

I've been using partzilla for years. There website is well laid out and easy to use. The parts are always correct, and they even produce informational videos for the public. Their only real downside is their lack of shipping options.

I've been dealing with Partzilla since about 2012, and like the fact that I can still get quite a few parts from them. What I don't like, is $9.95 shipping no matter what you buy if it's under $149! You know things happen, you buy some little something, a few months later you buy some other little something $9.95 $9.95 9.95, so the last time I needed a piston for my rear brake caliper and I just did a Google search and as I thought it might, he may have one a dollar cheaper, free shipping. That's what I was looking for... Sure Partzilla will get my business, but depending on the part I will go elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile to help you with getting the part you need and want and to confirm it's the correct part and colored part for your application. Only minor hiccup I've had was one of the about 7 items in my order was on back order so they were holding the whole order while waiting for the part to be available in which it isn't gonna be available for quite awhile and I paid extra for faster shipping. But have to say once I contacted them about the situation they went ahead and pushed out my order just about all the items I had ordered with the fast shipping. Oh yeah one more hiccup was one of the motorcycle fairings I received was damaged and they instantly put in order for me to get a replacement of the same broke part and overnighting it to me and made it really easy for me to ship the damaged part back to them. I definitely highly recommend buying from them. Only major complaint I have is my own fault and is I wish I knew about this company and there site many many years ago.

I order parts for my son who lives overseas. He has a motorcycle and where he lives he cannot get parts for it. He looks up what he needs, I go to Partzilla and bam! Order the parts and they come so fast, and fragile things, like the air filter was packed like it was stained glass. I love this company. I am a senior mother who knows nothing about motorcycles and their parts and once called because I wasn't sure and they helped me pronto. Great company.
