Very pleased with my shopping experience. OEM diagrams are very detailed and Partzilla stocks many parts. I have placed several orders and have never had a problem.

Partzilla's parts search is very helpful in finding the correct parts and provides the diagrams to insure we can locate all the parts needed for service and repairs.

Paid for expedited shipping from Partzilla. Com.
Their 3rd party vendor shipped it ground.
Before delivery, had them commit to issuing a return label because I was able to find a vendor who would provide next day delivery on the same part.
Once the product did arrive, many days late, I used the pre-arranged return label.
Once the product was returned to the 3rd party vendor, I received a refund for less than what I originally paid. Refund should have been for the total out of pocket cost of doing business with partzilla. Com, which actually cost me more than just the cost of the part if you consider lost production because of non-delivery, rescheduling customers, and my customer trust/credibility factor. I will never purchase from partzilla. Com again. I will purchase from a vendor who has control over shipping product and who I can trust will do right when things go sideways. Edit: contacted by partzilla. Com and refunded balance of out of pocket expense. +1 star. So from 1 star to 2 stars. Would have been way easier if it went like it was supposed to go. Never used the part, never opened the box, the whole thing was an exercise in futility.

I found the parts I needed ordered and delivered quickly. I will order from them again and recommend.

This was the first time using the online ordering and found it very easy to do.

Paid extra for the 1-3 day shipping, it still took 5 days total with one Sunday. Not really their fault but if we don't let them know then they won't get on their shipper or USPS to honor the additional costs of expedited shipping. I have not looked at the parts yet, but will rate them after installation.

I somehow got the wrong part and Partzilla was so helpful in helping me to return the part for refund. Thank you for being so helpful!

Ordering online was very easy. Website is user friendly. Excellent diagrams available for parts. Received the parts with in a week of ordering.
