Just found your store on the internet good service good price. First time I ever ordered but I will be ordering again.
Disappointed because i did not receive all the items i ordered, had to cancel the missing items because i needed to winterize. Also waited 10 working days for delivery.
I mixed it up with gas for my two bikes sitting in garage for months.
They had the best price on my item, it was in stock and was shipped very quickly. Important when you are working on your boat!
Website was super simple to use. Shipping was fast, packaging was neat and safe, pricing was decent and the parts kits included everything needed. Will be buying from partsvu for my future Yamaha parts needs
My order had several items and two small washers were not delivered, Via the Parts Vu website I left a message an email response the next day and the parts wre received.

My experience was great. Easy to navigate. My only issue is the frequency of emails I get (advertising). If I could get once a week or even once a month, I'd sign back up for emails. Once or more a day is too much.

Excellent service and exactly what our customer needed
The delivery took a lot longer than expected. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days but was delivered more than a week (~10 days) later. Considering the part could easily have been put in an envelope and been delivered at the same time as a regular letter, the delay seemed excessive.
The parts were two tiny little wires about 12cm long.

I ordered an engine oil/filter kit and one portion of the kit was not sent. A simple phone call was all that was needed and the remainder of my order arrived 2 days later. Great customer service.
