Proceed at your own risk with anything urgent, out of their stock, or expensive. I ordered a $1000+ cylinder head for a down boat. After ~1.5 weeks it hadn't shipped so I started calling asking for updates 7-8 times over the course of another ~2 weeks, waiting on hold for long periods, being told various things from various people such as tracking errors, Mercury didn't ship to them, being placed on "emergency status" etc. I was told multiple times I'd get a call back with updates, and never did. I was told they would have to order another head from Mercury. I then found out mercury shipped to partsvu at the very beginning of all this, and partsvu was the one that lost the part. They then found it at a neighbors warehouse (?) and they shipped to me the following morning. At that same exact time I secured a head elsewhere and it was overnighted from Mercury same day, so now I had two heads in transit. Long story short, things like this happen, I understand. I'm a reasonable guy and was pleasant the whole time. I feel its only fair they cover the return freight, but they refuse. They blame me that I didn't cancel the order while in transit (assumed that wasn't possible), blamed Mercury about warehouse issues (but they shipped to them right away...), then blamed their neighbor for being busy and not telling them they received the wrong package. Too many excuses. It's a heavy part and will cost me $150+ to send it back. They did however waive a 20% restocking fee they planned to charge me. Bottom line, be careful with them, especially with anything that's urgent, special order, or expensive. Best to go elsewhere as there are far better companies out there to deal with.

I ordered Marine ignition parts. The parts were OEM quality. (This is a +).
I expected to pay a higher price for them versus aftermarket prices. Found the items that I needed (+). I found it kind of unusual that a lot of their products had no picture or quantity in available.(-) Unfortunately the ignition wires I needed fell into that category. There were only three cable to a package versus (many other companies) six to a package (-).
I received the packages with no problem (+) and quality was good (+). The ignition coil ended up being the wrong one. Okay no problem. I will return it. Sent my information in that I needed to return the product plus l attached the requested pictures of the item. They wanted to make sure there was no damage to the item. Understandable
FUN BEGINS
Return policy was horrible. Policy is as followed:. They do not offer any help with cost on return. No matter if it is incorrect or damaged.
If the item is damaged (through mail or customers fault), they will charge you to return it to you. Who knows if they damage the item. They will return it to you and charge you for the return.When they approve the returned item, they charge you 20% they paid to ship it.This process may take 30 to 90 days to complete.
I emailed the company to ask if they had a catalog online or book. I was told there is no catalog to order from because there are so many distributors they provide product to.
Positive scenario. You may receive 80% of your initial cost.
Negative scenario. You may receive 50% of your returned cost.
Final thought. I do not recommend ordering from this company because of their lack of description, photos and the quantity of product. Also, the return policy is not acceptable. I will not order from them again.

Returns Not Accepted as Noted ( 30 day returns). One week - No return authorization issued.
I was shopping online for the wrench on Friday, July 14th and started the online order process but wanted expedited shipping so I called the order line. I was told the items was in stock so I placed the order with the person I spoke with. I had asked for expedited shipping. The item was not shipped until the Wednesday, July 19th and I did not receive it until Monday, July 24th. So much for trying to get an item delivered quickly.
Takes thwm a little while to get the parts from their distributors, but one they are, shipping is prompt.
Great experience and timely delivery. I'm glad I went with PartsVu for this purchase. I will use them again in the future.
