I was very disappointed to have to paid shipping for returns since due to the size of the parts the fees were extreme eating significantly into my refund; while other vendors paid for the shipping fees or provided reduced fees (using their rates) for returns. So I hesitate to use these guys in the future.
I ordered a Westinghouse freezer key. I'd misplaced the one that came with the freezer. They sent it right away. Who would have thought anyone would have a key that old. I'm pleased with how fast I received it. The key unlocked the freezer door. But that was not the only problem with the freezer.
Evidently, the door gasket was leaking and there was a build up of Ice. So much ice that the freezer door was frozen to the block of ice inside. We did get it open but it was one solid mass of ice in there. I'm sure if the door had not been locked it would have been pushed open by the ice. All the door shelf guards were frozen into the ice.

We only offer options that allow us to track packages, by using numbers generated by the shipping carriers. This helps us identify shipping progress for customers, as well as gives us information in case something were to happen to the order during transit. We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible, but do also have to keep them at a level to help cover our shipping and handling costs. We hope this helps to explain the reasoning behind the prices!

The exact parts I needed were very easy to find on the website. They provide model numbers that the parts will fit which made the whole process easy. However, it said that the parts average ship time was 1.8 days, and it took over 2 weeks to receive my parts.

I would have given this site a 5 because I like the way they include a video on how to do the repairs and the site is very informative on what parts to buy but the information about shipping to me is far from accurate. I needed the part at least within the next 4 days so I looked at the several shipping methods and took the shipping history in consideration when I ordered, we'll to my dismay the information is so far from accurate. I still would recommend the site, I just wished that the shipping information is at least accurate.

I needed a LP conversion for my Frigidaire gas range. Put in my model number and what I needed. Easy to install with easy to read instructions. I will use them again if the need arises

I ordered an oven heater element for my Kenmore range. I received a gasket for a refrigerator or freezer (not sure). Had to send it back and they sent me the element. When the correct part did arrive about a week later it was so poorly packed that it was bent in several places. Not wanting to go through sending it back again and being without an oven for 2 weeks I bent it back into shape. Keep in mind these elements are made of soft metal and bending can sometimes do more damage. Well, it works, but who knows for how long. Customer service on the phone was also less than desirable also. Price was also higher than other sites that I found too late.
