Received in a very timely manner. Loved that a "how to video' was posted on the site to guide you through the installation.

So, ordered part and four days later part arrived. Incredibly fast service. Four days includes day I ordered it after hours. I did not choose expedited service. Four days? I'll take that every which way to Sunday!

I spent a lot of money on my RO filters. They came in a plastic bag! I was shocked that you would be careless and not put them in a box. This wasn't a cheap purchase.

Both parts were wrong, called your customer service, talk to a lady name as kim, she told i had to go back to lg for the parts. Sorry. Not and answer i was looking for. You lost a customer..

I've gotten a few things from these guys over the years, never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

We have been purchasing from PartSelect.com for years, to help us find the right part. Shipping is usually pretty quick, and it has always been a good repair.

Although my "repair" was a simple one, locating the exact part was easy. I bought a Kitchenaid oven/microwave combo that had been a display unit and was on clearance. It was missing the center turntable mount. Using the model number, I was easily able to locate the part. It arrived well packaged, in a timely manner and fit perfectly. I will use PartSelect again, if the need arises.

Repair was made easy with the excellent video that they supplied with the order confirmation! I will definitely order from them again.

Customer service is great. I had to return a part. They responded promptly and refunded payment in a timely manner.

Website was easy to use, finding exactly what I needed as a replacement part. Part was exactly as described. I particularly appreciated that the plastic part was packed well in shipping.

I needed a door latch for my microwave. I went to their website and was not sure which part to order, so I called them, they answered right away (no hold time), they knew what part I wanted, took my billing info, and my part arrived a day or so later. It was the right part and I fixed the microwave!

Paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. Took 7 days. Would respond to my emails. Will never buy from again. A least the part came right.

This was my first experience with PartSelect and I have no issues with their response time and the package was packed well and the part was correct and it provided a successful fix to the ceramic cooktop of the stove. I would likely use PartSelect again. Just as a caveat, I rarely give any company a 5 star review (always room for improvement), so understand that a 4 star review is an excellent review for me.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to find the part and how easy it was to get it to me. O also appreciated the short video on how to install the part.

Our dryer is pretty old and the latch broke. I didn't have to search for what I needed in local hardware store to solve my problem at a reasonable price.
