Was very glad to see parts I needed to fix my washer were available for immediate delivery.
Parts arrived within 2-3 days so that was a plus for me.
I have used PartsSelect before multiple times and will continue to do so because parts needed are usually available, reasonably priced and shipped out in due order.

Lost the key to our Freezer many years ago. Finally decided to purchase a new one. This site was easy to use cross referencing my Model number with an exploded diagram and parts list. Easy to use, key arrived a few days later. Ordered two keys and both function as new parts.

PartSelect identified the part I needed exactly - water pump for dishwasher. The video on my order confirmation page was very helpful, although the old guy made it look a bit easier than it was, he also gave suggestions that were very helpful. Part arrived in good timing.

Part select was reasonably priced and easy to navigate. The product guides and descriptions as well as the Manuals made ensuring that I got the correct piece easy. I needed a support for a refrigerator shelf and with the fridge # I was able to find exactly what I needed with the picture guide. Shipping was fast and installation was easy.

No quality control one threaded hole larger than other 3 price very high 162 dollars for a door hinge for maytag front load washer.

Ordered parts for washing machine and dryer. Website made it easy to find these replacement parts for my older model machines. Each part I ordered linked to a video showing how to remove old part and install new part. The videos were very easy to follow. Parts arrived very quickly. Overall a great experience with partselect!

Original dryer belt on a 29 year old Maytag passed on. I did not think that I would fine a replacement, but Part Select came through and at a really good price. Received in five days and the videos on website convinced me that I could repair the dryer. Finished the job in two hours, most of the time was cleaning 29 years of dust/lint out of the cabinet.

Purchased parts to repair door on the dishwasher. Made decision based on your repair video which was dead on for doing the repair. Parts fit perfectly and door now functions correctly again

Ordered parts two weeks ago. I've received the $10 part but not the $100 part. I've paid for both but need the $100 part to install the $10 part. No communication on when my part will arrive.

Had to order a small plug for my dishwasher and couldn't figure out how to order online - called customer service and the rep was very helpful and saved me a lot of money from the assembly I thought I needed to order!

Website easy to maneuver. Found part immediately. Received it in 2 days. Very happy because my washer is very old and didn't think I would find the part. Excellent!

My timer knob on my Hotpoint dryer cracked and would not work. I went to the parts store to order another one. They asked for my serial number which I did not have on me. I realized that I could order this part on line and save the expense of the middle man. The part was exactly what I needed and it arrived in a timely fashion. Will certainly use Part Select again, if needed.
