I bought 3 separate parts, a tub seal and 2 shaft seals. All were easy to install and of obvious good quality. Installed them in a 15 year old washer. It's true what they say the older whirlpools are the best.

I found their site very easy and intuitive to use. Within 1 min I was able to locate my dishwasher make and model, then from the exploded picture view select the area of the dishwasher I needed a replacement part for. From there each part was available as a picture with a number. That number correlated to the specific part in a list below with additional details and pricing. It was super easy to find the part I needed without knowing what to call it.
The part I have problems with is the claim that the door seal I ordered was an exact replacement for my Bosch dishwasher. I think it may have been a generic part as it was 3" shorter from the original I was replacing. It fit perfectly which was the problem. The door seal is supposed to have slack, 3" that curls at the base of the door. While the part works I don't think it's OEM replacement as stated. I have used it but I'm now searching for a real OEM replacement elsewhere.
Given that it's a $20 part, it's not worth my time calling to debate this with the company... unfortunately I'm jaded and feel my time is better spent searching for an OEM replacement elsewhere.

These folks carry a huge inventory of parts for newer and older appliances. Lately, I have used them for replacement parts on an older model washing machine and a dishwasher. The parts were reasonably priced and were shipped and received within four days.

Dryer broke when put load of clothes in the dryer and needed new knob. Not great at doing things on the internet but part select made it easy to find and got it ordered that morning and received the knob in few days and easily installed. Thank You Part Select for making it easier to get it fixed

My part arrived in two days and exactly what I ordered. It was an easy site to locate parts with the model number. The installation tips were great since we had no idea how to get to the evaporator drip pan on our Whirlpool refrigerator. Even with the water turned off, our refrigerator was leaking water once a day for weeks. We tried to get a repair man to service it but it was going to take 10 days for them to get to us. Finally with the help of Part select we were able to realize the evaporator pan was cracked and we were able to fix it ourselves. I will definitely use this site again.

Ordered a latch for a Bosch dryer. Found the product on google and it fits and works perfectly. It was easy to install but I had to figure out how to on my own since there are no how to videos out there.

One of the elements on our electric range began to heat unevenly. One day when it was turned up rather high, about half of it was glowing; the rest was dark. We used the Frigidaire web site to order a replacement, and they use PartSelect. The part came right when they promised. I used a thermal camera to check the element out. It heats very evenly.
