I order a dash for my truck and was sent a dash Carpet when I wanted to rerun it I had to pay shipping so I drove over an hour to the wearhouse and still haven't received the full refund

Part ordered was pictured as a complete assembly and what I received was a part from the assembly and when returning the part you charged me restocking fee when you have misleading parts description of what the person is buying using a generic photo does not help when it incorrect.

Very poor service I had ordered some parts that were supposed to be delivered between the 9th and 13th of august, I did not get the parts, I contacted them on the 16th of august and they said I will get the parts within 24hrs and it's 19th of august and still don't have my parts and I have NOT heard anything from

Unfortunately one part was broken upon delivery. It was replaced at no cost and unfortunately the second part was also broken.

I was told by the local garage that the only power steering pump for my BMW was in Germany, it would be between 3-5 weeks for delivery and would be $1300 before tax and delivery. Partsavatar landed one on my door step in 4 business days for 218.00 all in. Had it installed for $138. Thanks so much.

Majority of my parts were incorrect. Spoke with representative and was basically told I ordered incorrectly. You website did not give me any different variations of parts so I trusted that the information I asked was enough for you to suggest the correct part.
I was then told to return the parts, which is the next difficult part of this transaction. I cannot generate a return tag as I do not have an account and checked out as a guest. Your website is extremely floored as requires attention. I want to return these items and get my refund
