The workers were very nice to me and always returned all my emails. The supplies I purchased are very high quality. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, SCAM, CRAP COMPANY. THEY STOLE Y MONEY! I went on this site to take a look at the pendants they had and I thought that it seemed very nice and had good prices. I left the website without purchasing anything because I found another site that has gorgeous pendants for cheaper. I was lucky enough to lok at my visa transactions in time to notice that PandaHall CHARGED ME OVER $100! I never ordered or even put my information anywhere and somehow they got my info and charged me; UNAUTHORIZED. I sent an email to them as well hoping they may be better than that and to correct the issue but they never responded. HORRIBLE PEOPLE... CRAP COMPANY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY DID AND USE A SITE THAT IT MORE TRUSTWORTHY.

I am pleasantly surprised with this site and the high level of customer service I received, while placing my order online. This website is easy to maneuver around and has a lot of options in terms of product availability. My order came right on time and the quality of the items I purchased were just exactly as shown online. Sometimes when ordering products online, especially for the first time, you can never be sure what youre going to get, but with Pandahall there was no surprises. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future

These buttons were just too cute to pass upon them! Im currently working on a little fruit-themed jacket for my granddaughter (turning 3 in a month!) and I know shell absolutely love them! Delivery was fast and the buttons look as cute in real-life as in the websites pictures! I picked the mixed colour ones. I didnt use all of them (only needed them for one little childs jacket) but Im sure Ill have plenty of opportunities to use them in future craft projects. However, they are just a tiny bit smaller than I had expected and I would have appreciated two holes to sew them on instead of one.

Well, my daughter loved the beads that I got from them last week from Pandahall.com. I am not an expert, but I'm sure on this one I did great, because my 14 year old was very happy to see them. She likes this jewellery and I just thought to get her some like as casual Christmas shopping. I hadnt bought anything from them before but my daughter had and so I thought to get her something from there itself. The variety of designs out there was overwhelming and well the truth is I struggled to make a choice. But eventually, Im happy with the purchase and the quick delivery.

I ordered satin ribbon and some magnetic clasps. Was uncertain what the quality would be for the price, but was very pleasantly surprised! The ribbon is excellent quality in a size not available other places. The magnetic clasps are so strong it is hard to get them apart without looping string through the holes. I did not need customer service but received it anyway! The shipment took about two days longer than was stated, through no fault of PandaHall (the delay was in the States); and I received emails letting me know what was going on. For the people who received their items and are complaining about the time - it is coming from China! What sense does it make to fault them for the shipping time? I will be ordering again and again.

Very pleased with my beads! My kids and I love making jewellery together, so we were looking for some affordable beads that wouldnt chip or break. These are really colourful, and the intricacy of the design is much better than I expected! We were also pleasantly surprised by how many beads were included in our package we were able to make several necklaces from our purchase, each one different from the others. I would absolutely recommend buying these theyre a steal for the price.

I have a very inquisitive 5-year old who loves bead work. I have been browsing online and I came across Pandahall.com. I am simply amazed by the range of beads and accessories available to complete a project. The best thing is that there is even instructions on how to get the project started step by step.
