What I like a lot about the beads? Prices! The Pandahall is very affordable considering a lot of other web sites. There're a lot of metal findings you can ever want. I do not generally buy the Chinese seed beads, however ones they actually carry here appear to be much better quality than others. Cheapest rate with acceptable quality, in case the shipping time gets shorter then I get really crazy! Thus, I really love the site and will come here again and again

I bought some jewelry from pandahall, a pair of earrings from PandaHall, which turned out to be a bit defective. I called customer care, and hats off to their great customer service. They were prompt and got the earrings replaced the very next day. I am fully satisfied with my purchase and looking to shop at PandaHall again and again. Their polite and extremely good customer service encourages customer to purchase on and in from the site building a long term relationship.

The first time I made an order, I read the reviews for Pandhall AFTER I had already placed the order. I was greatly concerned, since there were so many bad reviews, and waited with abated breath. The order came and to tell you the truth, everything was fine. The order came in a timely manner, it was correct, and the beads were as pictured and of good quality. So, I took a chance and ordered a second time, still wondering if there would be a problem. Well, once again, things went well and I found myself happy with everything. Just as before, my order arrived quickly and my charms were nice and everything was fine. I did consider another order, but the cost of the shipping was high this time and I could not find what I wanted in a smaller amount, so I decided not to order. I will continue to look to Pandahall in the future, always keeping in mind the problems others have had.

OK i'm gonna give pandahall another try. I watched another youtuber unbox an order from there and got all excited and started an order only to see my shipping was almost twice as much as my order. Maybe I just had the wrong option selected. So yeah, ok, not as bad as it was the first time. I selected 21 items for a total of 13ish dollars and the shipping this time was 7ish so all in all it averaged out to still be less than a dollar per item and I picked out strands of 6mm glass pearls and 4mm crystal bicones, so yeah, not too bad. Way cheaper than me driving 35 minutes to the nearest craft store and them still not having what I want I'd say :)

Cool products. Nice customer service. I did notice that a lot of the reviews are from a few months back. Well a lot has changed and I am definitely glad I gave this beads shop a go. I love crafting like most beaders and making bracelets I just needed to be able to do it on a budget. I get the beads for cheap and make beautiful bracelets and sell them to friends and family. I do wish there was more to choose from though. 4 stars for sure.

The csrs continue to lie about why packages and shipments are delays ie it's on it's way but the information clearly shows that only the label has been printed. On top of it, they've raised their prices and their shipping is about 20% more than other supplier. At one time they were cheaper but you can find the same deals at aliexpress with free shipping.

I was trying to be a loyal customer but reading some of the other negative reviews below mixed with the obvious fake ones most likely from the company employees, I think I'm finally going to have to move on. I need a reliable honest supplier.

I have recently started dealing with Pandahall placing orders in the region of £200 to £400 at a time. Of course, as is typical of me, I waited until after I had placed my first order before I thought it might be an idea to take a look at some reviews. To say that they have been getting quite a roasting would be an understatement. In fact, with the exception of some reviews which were highly 'suspect', there was scarcely a good word to be said about them. Out of respect for the people who shared these negative experiences I suppose I have to acknlwledge that there is seldom smoke without fire and it does sound as though some people have been badly burned by this company. On the other hand, it is a human truth that we are all much more likely to report a bad or negative experience than we are to report the positive experiences. I am now waiting on delivery of my fifth order from PandaHall within the space of two months. In absolute honesty I have had no trouble with them and while occassionally the quality of a particular item is not fantastic, one must factor in the quantity you recieve for the price you pay. On the other hand, there have been many different beads that were of a very high quality, beautifully faceted with good, strong and distinct colours. I would pay a fortune for beads of the same standard and quantity in Ireland, The UK or USA. I suppose it is about getting a balance right. I really must agree that the practice of a company writing it's own reviews (and I am not accusing anyone!) is really scraping the bottom of the barrell and is inexcusable. Bearing that in mind, I think that there is something of an imbalance in the reviews for PandaHall. They are simply not as completely dire and unprofessional as they are painted to be. If they were how could they still be in business after several years? So, I am going to stick my neck out and say that based on my personal experience I would have no problem recommending this company as a supplier. It would be nice to see a few more positive reviews coming their way written by impartial, independant customers such as myself. By the way, I live in Ireland - not China...
