Pandahall has been my main beading supply online store since 2014. I have filled over 96 orders with them. Within these orders, there was only one time a very light order that has gotten misplaced and Pandahall made the full replacement and resent the order. Overall, the customer service is very prompt, they are working even weekends to return you a reply and are very helpful. They are processing the orders very fast, if you choose items that can be processed in 3 days and they have them already in stock. I am very happy about this online store and I will continue to use it. Below there is a picture with 2 necklaces made by me out of Shell and Freshwater pearls components purchased from Pandahall.

I ordered products from pandahall over 5 years and so far there has been no problem. Customer service is always nice and helpful! Products quality is good, gemstone beads are wonderful! Fast shipping to other parts of the world!

I enjoy my purchases from Pandahall, years now, as they combine quality and service in very good prices. In case you want to buy a mixed lot, asked them before shipping to send you pictures from the products and in case you arent satisfied from what you saw, they remove it from your order, they refund your cash in your account and it is up to you if you keep it there for future purchases or not. The service center for any question you have responds like the next day, since we have some hours time difference and there are always polite and happy to help. I like working with them. I highly recommend Pandahall for from my experience and product quality. Make sure you will check them every month for their great sales.

I have placed numerous orders with Pandahall, overall their prices are amazing. I have never experienced an error in what I have ordered, but it is going to take about 10 days to get to you if you are in the US, so if you need it tomorrow, try finding what you need on Amazon. :) They have an enormous selection of pretty much ANYTHING. I have only been disappointed in one item I purchased (out of over a hundred) and that was a multi-strand bundle of Morganite. The beads were not as colorful as shown in the picture. But that happens. I have found items here that I have not been able to find anywhere else, such as seed beads that were actual stones instead of glass. I highly recommend them, but understand measurements, and bead finishes, and read the descriptions if you are picky about your stones as I am, and want to avoid dyed or treated stones. I have never tried to return anything, after-all returning 6 bucks worth of beads to china doesn't make sense when I probably saved a hundred dollars purchasing from them instead of locally.

I have been purchasing from Panda Hall for a couple of years now, and I am very pleased.

I do purchase my beads and findings from Fair Trade sellers, Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs wherever possible, but there is almost always something I need that I can't find... that's when I turn to Panda Hall.

In order to receive the best product possible, it is very important to know what you are buying, along with the grading of the specific gemstones. Grading makes all the difference! You can purchase Amazonite for $2 per strand, and you will get $2 quality - or, you can purchase Amazonite for $30 per strand and you will be thrilled! This is a perfect example of getting what you paid for. Do your homework and you'll be pleased.

Pay attention to their sales & deals and you will be thrilled.

Have I received some less than stellar items? Sure I have, but I also took the chance at buying inexpensive findings and got what I deserved - nothing less, nothing more.

Not one order has contained an error, and their communication is fantastic! If I order an item and it is out of stock before my order is packed, I am always contacted to make a new selection, with a discount for my inconvenience.

It seems that we rarely take the time to post positive reviews. When we are angered by a negative purchase we almost always find the time to tell the world... it's important that we share positive reviews as well.

In my opinion, from my experience, Panda Hall deserves a 5 star review.

This was my first time using PandaHall. I needed to buy a ton of beads at an affordable price and Pandahall was able to help me. Since I didn't know much about this website before buying, I looked at online reviews to help me get an idea about it. Well, unfortunately the reviews are very mixed, and that kind of made me nervous about using the site.

So from my personal experience, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I bought alphabet beads [of specific letters] and silver/gold keyrings. I wanted to buy bails and lobster clasps, but I didn't because either they weren't the right size/quanity, or I thought I could get them cheaper somewhere else. Also, I ordered my items while a sale was going on, so I got them a little cheaper. I got my things about 10 days after purchasing them. I was provided with a tracking number too. And my items are of good quality. If I need beads or other items in bulk, I will definitely go to this site again.

Some things to keep in mind: Shipping price might be an issue/expensive if you're not buying a lot of things (I think US Line is a flat rate of ~$11, but there are other options too). Some entries don't allow you to choose the quantity or have a minimum purchasing requirement. And some entries to me didn't seem like a good deal. Also, I had ordered 100 gold keyrings (which is 2 packs of 50) and the coloring is different between the 2 packets. They are both gold but one is lighter. I personally don't care, because I just needed gold colored keyrings. But that could be an issue to keep in mind.

So in conclusion, I would recommend this website. I plan to use it again if I need beads or bulk items. I didn't need to talk with customer service, so I can't say much about that.
