To be honest, nothing negative happend for my order. I ordered from Pandahall after I visited seven different places searching for a necklace because their service and pricing were second to none. So once I got my package today, my necklace was very secure within it! And so elegance. I'm so excited! Will use this site again for my next order.
I am updating my previous review of a couple of years back. Customer service seem a bit easier to deal with now regarding faulty products and I feel that they do handle complaints in a more professional manner than before. But processing/packing times are STILL usually much longer than they claim on the website (or in their replies here). I also notice when I compare prices to last years orders that prices have increased drastically for a lot of items (some as much as 40-60% more expensive in just a year). So even when they offer a 'Sale' or 'Free shipping' you are still paying a lot more in total than you would have a year or so ago.
For that reason it is important to demand quality and complain if products are not perfect. Some of the factories they use produce very good quality products, while some factories allow broken or poor quality products leave the factory and be shipped to customers. I have received facetted glass beads where half the beads on each strand were broken or chipped. I paid $16 for 5 strands (+shipping +import taxes). So not in any way 'cheap'. Panda Hall claim they were damaged in transit, but if that is true then the broken/chipped pieces would be in the bag with the beads. Quite simply some factories are knowingly threading faulty beads on the strands and selling them. So quality control needs to be improved greatly - and random checks are needed on what certain factories are producing. Perhaps now that prices have gone up so much they can use these profits for this purpose.
I recently purchased a metal arcylic beads from Pandahall. It's a beautiful website, had exactly what I wanted. The most I would like to share - when I won a coupon in a giveway event. I really like this site and I hope more people can support them.

I have ordered a few times & still do as I cant always find what I need anywhere else. As a lot items are cheap. As long as you order ahead & keep on at them its ok.
I have waited months only then to be told ''Oh! Sorry we cant obtain them that as manufacturer doesnt do it anymore''... You then wait a few days fro a refund but you do get it.
You have to be carefull. This is how they work.
Most items listed they don't stock. Evan though the listing may say it is. So be willing to wait 2-3 months before delivery 80% of the time.
As you order and then they order from their suppliers & items are made to order not ready for delivery immediatly.
You order & pay thinking great my items will be here soon, due to their lead times. Do not believe their lead times on there site they are all untrue.
Once you place an order wait a few days then keep asking them about it to keep yourself updated.
You will either get your items months later or they eventually inform you they cannot get them.

They offer items for sale and let you pay for things they don't have to sell. They hold your money for months and then when they refund you, it's to a cash account on their website. You have to jump through lots of hoops to actually get a refund. They tell you they shipped your items when they have not and send fake tracking numbers repeatedly, then blame Fedex, DHL, USPS and UPS for the confusion. They out and out lie about what is going on with orders and when you do get your order, it is often not the item you bought. Then they make you pay to return it which is expensive, so they know you won't. It's a racket that depends on first time buyers, not repeats.
I have a small company in Canada, thank pandahall for offering me nice and affordable beading accessories, sometimes there is color difference from batch to batch, understand it is very hard to control, but still hope their factories can control it more strictly in the future. The shipping cost is a little expensive; if they have a shop in Canada will be perfect, I will place a new order soon, hope the products are as beautiful as last time.
I've ordered from them before and every order is late. They list items on their site, then when you try to buy them, they are out of stock. You sometimes have to wait months. The last time I ordered they made me wait two months for my items because they were out of stock... again. Then, when I finally got the glass cabs and beads I ordered, all the glass cabs were broken or defective. They jerked me around for about a month, made me send pictures, and offered me a 15% refund. They said they would give me a refund if I mailed them back. I had previously asked if I had to send them back and they told me "no" and that it was O. K. to throw them out, so I did. After complaining, they offered a 50% refund. At this point, I just wanted to be done with the whole mess so I agreed to it. They told me they weren't refunding me, but giving me store credit for $40.00 that I could use for a future order. My items cost $128, so $40 wasn't even close to fifty percent. They then said they would give me the full 50% in store credit. When I went to check my account, I found that they blocked my IP address and I couldn't enter their website anymore. I have spent thousands with this company before. You'd think they'd want to foster repeat business, but I guess screwing me for $128, at the expense of thousands in future orders, makes better business sense to them. Unbelievable!
This site sells products for making jewelry. One note is that they say they will not give you your money back if the product is not defective, but you don't like it. You have 7 days then to exchange it. This site does not allow you to pay directly with a reputable credit card. You must use another service like paypal. These companies do not promise your money back. I would not trust this site.
Thanks for your feedback. But it seems you did not really purchase from Pandahall. I'm afraid what you said is not true. According to our policy, products that are not defective can be returned for replacement or refund, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. And we do accept payment made by credit card directly. You just need to choose the option "Credit/Debit Card" in the payment step. When you have money left with our side, we will firstly put it into your cash account on our site which you can apply for future purchase. If customer like a refund, you just need to send us an email or send us a request from your cash account. We will then issue you the refund quickily. It is easy to handle.

Answer: I was just looking for charms and the gold plated items say that they are plated. Because of this I don't think they are trying to pass off something that is plated as gold filled. I was wondering whether or not to trust them also but I am going to buy some 925 silver charms from them. I will update this if they turn out to be fake.

Regarding the processing time, it normally takes us 7-10 days to prepare and 1-2 days to pack the order. Since there are a huge numbes of products on our site, it is difficult for us to keep all the posted items in stock. For the out of stock items, most can be restocked within 7-10 days, and a small part may need more than 10 days to order from the factory. For orders which can not be prepared within the promised lead time, we offer three options to help customers complete the order: 1) selecting replacement: we offer discount 20-30% for replacement items 2)ship the ready 3)keep waitting. Actually, if you are hurry for the goods, we suggest you just order our items with "ready time: 3 days" which are all in stock and can be prepared within 3 days. Anyway, we understand customers' frustration when sometimes you have to wait long, and we are now trying to improve this condition by increasing our stock level.
Regarding shipping, we do hand the package to the shipping company in time. The problem is that the big shipping company like DHL, UPS, Fedex often run out of their shipping space these days especially in holiday season because of the rapid increasing international electronic commerce. We have to wait several days until the flight is to be scheduled. While waitting for flight, the shipping company can not provide any info about the package. That is why the shipping company told you that they have not gotten the package from us when you called them. Please kindly understand the shipping is out of our control after the package is handed to the shipping company. It does't make sense for Pandahall to hold customers' orders when goods are prepared, right?
Regarding complaints, we know complaint is unavoidable for online business. We are always trying our best to solve complaints in the way that is satisfactory to customers. But sometimes customers may have different views about the solution we put forward, since customers can not see the real products when shopping online, they may have different expectations and quality standard about our products. When such things happened, we suggest you return the issued items for a full refund.
