I am a regular customer of the manufacturer, as being an artist who loves making jewelry and I buy raw materials from Pandahall as they sell it at very cheap rate with good quality. I am happy this time too. The product has become my perfect traveling companion now, I can keep all my essentials in it, I again happened to place an order for my school going girl, she loved its color and both the products got delivered on time.

I love this place. Their website is very descriptive and all of the products have always been exactly as ordered. The prices are amazing. Shipping adds a bit to the price (they are in China, after all) but I've still never found better prices anywhere else. Again, because they are in China, it takes a few weeks to finally get your shipment but they are very transparent about packing and shipping times on the front end. Overall, all of my experiences with PandaHall have been amazing. AND they just opened a US warehouse! They don't have quite the stock as the Chinese warehouse but for basics, this will definitely be my new go-to.

I strongly recommend to ask before place your qty especially it states Ready in 8 days not 3 days. One of the beads I insisted to purchase was not available at all but the listing was not taken down for many months - must comes from their operational issue. They called me from China if I want to purchase alternative. As well as other site Milky Way Jewellery wrote me every other day if I would find something from them instead with a big discount. Two weeks of back and forwarding emails they asked to offer a refund but I chose an alternative beads. This website seems to represents many different factory supplier in China which might resulted in the mixed review here. However I still get a lot of use out of their business thinking of the price of these in Japan where most supplier sells made in China findings for 4 times more unless stated as made in Japan 10 times more the price with higher quality. I am a business crafter and use both depends on my client who expect quality or lower price.

I have ordered SEVERAL times from Pandahall and they are always out of stock with at least one item per order. It delays the entire order by at least a week and a half. I always upgrade to she 3 day shipping so it arrived pretty quick after my orders are packed. Several times they send the wrong color beads. Per their instructions, I email pictures of the wrong item that clearly show the mistake, but they insist that because the label is correct the color must be also. They even suggested if I use them with other beads the color wil look differently. Huh? They just refuse to make good on their mistakes. They hide behind the language barrier and the distance and assume the consumer will just give up.

I find the shipping very slow, but then again I place huge orders. I've been buying my supplies from them for a long time now, and the prices of many of their items are very low which is great but you really get what you pay for. I buy very inexpensive things from them and they often break. Other than that, I really like the website because of the huge variety and inexpensive items. If you need items and are in a rush, order a month in advance to make sure you get your supplies on time. And keep in mind that the cost of the item really reflects on it's overall quality.

I have ordered a few times from Panda Hall, I love everything, even better than expected. Sometimes the freight can be a little pricey, but I take that into consideration with what I am purchasing. Some people have complained that it takes too long, I live in Michigan in the USA, It is coming from China, So you got to allow time, I have been pleased with how quickly I receive my products. If you pay attention to your cart, it says if they can ship right away or how many days. I would not hesitate to order from them.

I always felt bad when people would go to online shopping for things they needed. For me, as a jewelry buff, it was frustrating not being able to do the same. But after I have learned about Pandahall life has become much cooler. Now I dont have to get set for a visit around the city just for one right piece of jewelry. It has become much economical as well in that regard and attractive deals also make me day on some occasions. Will recommend Pandahall to others. Definitely!

I am in jewelry designing business for long now, but I have to admit that the variety of beads that Pandahall showed me is amazing. I did not even know that there are so many different types of beads available. Pandahall also showed me a great price for these beads. I ordered a bunch of clay beads too, I never used these before. The delivery was quick and the help here kept in touch via Email all the time. You satisfied my needs, so I will recommend your store Pandahall to everyone.

I live in the UK and I was worried about ordering from China. I wasn't sure if it was a real company or not or if their products really were as good as advertised. But, I realised whilst looking on ebay that well over half of the big jewellery suppliers there were using products from Pandahall. They were even using the same pictures in their sales! I spent approx £140 on beads and findings and about £60 on delivery. I've had a bill from FedEx for £60 so approx £260 in all but I've received a huge amount of items and they are beautiful and sturdy. The glass beads are glass and the acrylic beads are acrylic. I didn't order too many findings as I have a severe nickel allergy and was worried that the items were not actually nickel safe. However, so far the ones I've tested by wearing are nickel safe. I'm hoping to set up a small jewellery business and find this a great economic way to start out. There are also links on the site showing you what other people have made with the beads etc and this gives me great ideas! I haven't looked at the learning centre yet but intend to. The only negative so far, which makes me smile sometimes, is the descriptions are often translated in poor English and make hardly any sense. But, that's a small negative. There is also a Pandahall UK which is more expensive than the China site but some items are worth ordering from there when there isn't too much difference in price and you take into account the income tax on overseas orders. Also if there is a site in the UK then they have to abide by UK and European laws as well as nickel laws so that tells me it's a bonofide business. I'll be ordering from China and UK sites again soon.

Their user friendly online market website is very inviting. They feature a variety of beads and findings such as jade, silver, pearl, gemstone, lampwork glass and crystal items and more which I really need for my small jewelry business. I never had a hard time learning how to do shopping with their website because they provided a user guide for newly visitors. They also accept payment in cash, credit, coupons and support discounts on their items which is also their another edge.

I’ve spent so much time online, looking for a reliable store where I can buy quality beads, pearls and that sort of stuff, and I am so happy with the fact I finally found it! I love Pandahall not only because of the quality products, which are by the way inexpensive, I love it because the customer service is incredible. In case you need anything, they’ll help you in seconds. My order was delivered to me on time, and when I opened it, I knew I will order again and again. Products are great!
