Reliable site, good quality products, fairly fast delivery, helpful customer service. When my package disappeared somewhere along the way, it was still resent to me for free. (Since then, I choose EUB - nothing will ever disappear).

Products of very good quality and the best price. The customer service is excellent, if the product is not available, they let you know and offer you alternatives to satisfy your needs. For example, select replacement with 20% discount according the out of stock sum or ship the ready and cancel the rest. Pandahall also offer you a customer reward program.

This company is just horrible if you have a problem with your order. I had broken wing charms (I ordered four bags of 200pieces) all of the loops were breaking off when I went to use them on a split ring. I sent photos showing them the poor quality of their product. I had to email them over and over again and they were actually RUDE about it. First old me they would do NOTHING then said 30% off then said 40% off and finally after literally begging them to refund or replace their horrible quality product they agreed to refund the amount. I feel like I had to BEG to get them to rectify this matter. I even offered to send the charms back but they kept offering me a reduced price and suggesting that I sell them in my business! I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just the worst customer service I have EVER received.

My orders re always delivered quickly and the items are just as described. PandaHall I say go to for jewelry making supplies!

Pandahall has over the years provided me with fast service to Australia, and is compliant with current import tariff which means no customs holdups. Service is much appreciated as it their wide ranging catalogue of jewellery components.

The orders arrive in the expected time scale and the packaging is really good, plenty of protective bubble wrap. I have never received a package damaged in transit, which is amazing considering they come half way round the world!
The website is easy to navigate and you have continuous access to your account, orders and frequent order updates.

Pandahall just has more to see and choose from than any other site. 40+ yrs as an artist i've done my share of bead shopping worldwide, pandahall is one of the best. One needs to take some time to go through everything but i've always managed to find what i'm looking for and then some. Their policies for completeing orders are great, giving you time to find substitute or go for a credit which they kindly keep track of.
Customer service with rainy is just the best. She always manages to get whatever sorted out and she is prompt and friendly.
