I've been ordering from Eureka Crystal Beads for years, and they continue to be one of my favorite online bead stores — especially for Czech glass, crystals, and curated collections.
What really stands out is the quality and thoughtfulness behind their assortments. The beads are consistently beautiful, well packaged, and clearly chosen by people who actually bead (which is not always the case online). Shipping has been reliable for me, and when I've had questions, their customer service has always been responsive and kind.
I also appreciate that they recently updated their returns policy, which makes ordering feel even more stress-free — especially when trying new colors or finishes online. It's clear they listen to customer feedback and make changes when something can be improved.
Between the tutorials, kits, and unique mixes I can't easily find elsewhere, Eureka remains a shop I trust and return to regularly. If you're a beader or jewelry maker looking for quality supplies and a company that genuinely cares about its customers, this is a great place to order from.
As a customer ordering from outside the U.S., I was impressed with how quickly my last package from Eureka Crystal Beads arrived and how carefully everything was packed. The beads were beautiful, there were no mistakes in the order, and every package I've received so far has arrived safely. I appreciate that they're a small business, yet they always communicate well. My previous order took a little longer than expected, but after exchanging messages with their customer service I learned I had missed the Friday cutoff and Monday was a holiday, all together 4 days. Now I know to place my orders earlier in the day, and I feel confident ordering from them again

I wanted to leave this review because I've seen a few posts online claiming Eureka Crystal Beads only gives store credit for returns, and that hasn't been my experience at all.
I recently placed a fairly large order and accidentally bought the wrong size seed beads (my fault). I reached out to their customer service expecting a hassle, but it was honestly one of the smoothest return experiences I've had with any craft supply shop. They walked me through the process, answered quickly, and let me choose between a refund to my original payment method or store credit. I opted for store credit because I shop here often, but the option for a refund was there.
The turnaround was fast, too. My return was processed within a couple of days of them receiving it.
On top of that, the quality of the beads is consistently excellent, everything is packaged with care, and my orders always ship quickly. I've shopped with them for over a year now and have never had a bad experience.
Just wanted to share my actual experience to help balance out some of the misinformation floating around. They're a great small business and genuinely take care of their customers.

Shopping at Eureka feels personal and you can feel the human touch, they are a small company and I know they care! Eureka has been my go-to place for beads and crystals for the past 3 years or so. I love their Collections. And there's always a sale or a deal or a free gift, I just can't resist and keep placing orders. What I really appreciate is when I place large orders over $200, I always get a free upgrade in shipping (it comes so quick!) and in the last one, I got some free samples of their top quality crystals. Not to mention that they add a discount code with every order so you just always want to come back!

I've been beading for over 10 years and have ordered from many websites. Eureka Crystal Beads consistently has the most interesting selection and the highest quality crystals, especially their ELITE line, which sparkles just like Swarovski. Their limited-edition collections are beautifully curated. You can tell a lot of thought goes into matching colors, shapes and textures. The YouTube tutorials that go with them are super helpful, and I've learned new techniques from their videos. All my orders have arrived on time or even earlier than expected and they have never once made a mistake! Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully packed to protect it in shipping. It is honestly so much fun opening up my treasures when they arrive! Their staff clearly knows what their doing and their customer service feels personal, not corporate. Highly recommend!

27 days without tracking. Inquired and requested a follow up. To this date, I have still not received my order placed July 4 and shipped out July 10. Emails sent every two days requesting comp and getting to the bottom of where my order is to re-ship my order as they had said they would but clearly have not. A refund was even requested. No communication has been had recently. Completely and utterly unsatisfied.
We’re so sorry for the frustration you experienced with this order. Shipping from the US to Canada can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs delays, and we understand how disappointing it was to wait without your package arriving.
Just to clarify, your order was shipped on July 10 with tracking, and our team stayed in touch throughout July while we worked with the carrier. When it became clear that your package was significantly delayed, we issued a full refund on August 9. Our policy is always to refund or replace any order that is lost in transit, and we stand by that promise.
We truly value our Canadian customers and hope you’ll give us another chance to serve you in the future — we’d love to welcome you back for a smoother experience next time.
I placed an order and paid for shipping. I asked when to expect the order and received no response. So I requested that they cancel the order, since I needed the beads promptly and expected with paid shipping to receive them promptly. They got back to me and said it was too late to cancel, even though they had not yet shipped the beads. They use some kind of shipping that is ultra-cheap for them, and the package hasn't even reached USPS yet, so there's no telling when I will receive it.
This is the last time I will order from them. They do not ship promptly, they use cheap/slow shipping even though I paid $5 shipping for a $10 order. They refused when I reasonably asked them to cancel the order before it had been shipped. They clearly do not care about the customer. Poor policies, poor execution, and unhelpful customer service. AVOID.

We do allow cancellations within the first 12 hours after an order is placed. After that window, once an order has been partially picked in our warehouse, we’re not able to cancel it — even if it hasn’t shipped — because our team has already spent time carefully selecting the items. Canceling and refunding at that stage would mean paying staff to pick everything and then put it back, which would require raising our prices for all customers to cover that cost.
We also offer multiple shipping options so customers can choose the speed that works best for them. We always aim to be transparent about our policies and respond as quickly as possible, and we truly wish we could have made this situation work better for you.

This was my first order with Eureka Crystal Beads and I was very satisfied. The shipping was quick and they had everything I was looking for. I will absolutely use them again.
I love this site! 9 times out of 10 my order ships the same day I place it (wow!). And so far 100% error free. They are always adding little free extras or goodies and the customer service is top notch! I had an issue with a missing package and not only did I get an email back within minutes, they replaced the whole order because UPS had lost it! I only wish they would expand into yarn and more stringing materials so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else!

Answer: We answer customers inquires promptly. However if you sent your email on Friday night we would have gotten back to you on Monday morning. Some people may call it the 4 day period but since we are closed on weekends it is the same business day for us. Please check our 5 star reviews on facebook. We have tons of satisfied customers.
