Once you have the paint it was easy to find and order the paint I needed. I have not tried it. I am waiting for 3 sunny days.

Several options available to repair paint scratches from minor scratches to larger abrasion damage. The repair kit options make it easy to get all the products necessary to complete the repair. Ordering products I needed was easy and efficient.

Dave has been a great help. I was having difficulty navigating the web page and all the info. It is not very easy for a 68 years old woman nowadays.

The paint is super thick, i'm not sure if this is normal. Since I had reached out to customer service before I received my order, and no one ever got back to me, I didn't see the point in trying again. Additionally, the thinner I purchased leaked in transit and I lost a fair amount. Again, I did not reach out to customer service for the same reason I previously stated.

I ordered touch up paint for a 39 year old Volvo with original paint. It matched great!

It was to replace the OEM touchup paint which had all gummed up over the years when it hadn't been used.

While the paint received was an exact match, and of high quality. I did not like having to contact my credit card merchant and having my order cancelled after placing it once. It was a slight inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

This company was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine that has a Mobil Detail Service business and he stated that he's been using Paint Scratch products to touch up customer cars for the past 6 years. I've seen the results and I'm truly pleased with the outcome.

I will be contacting customer support to see what can be done.

Sorry it took so long to write this review. The weather here in TN is finally cooperating and I was able to washbthe truck and use the touch up paint. The pens are a perfect match to my truck. I cleaned up the few scratches I had and touched up the paint. I put 2 coats on and finished it off with the clearcut. Looks beautiful again from a few feet away. Thank you.

My paint is a tri-coat paint and so far, testing the paint pens on the included glossy sheet is not anything I would want on car. Allowing the base coat to drive overnight, 8+ hours at 60°F, the midcoat still starts dissolving the base coat. All but impossible to apply thin coats without streaking. If I can't get better results, this will be a total bust.
