I'm having a good experience. The rainy weather has slowed my progress but all is good. Thank You. The dabbers work fine and the cleaner equally as well. It's a great experience.

The paint pen I was sent, did not match my 2023 Colorado. I was sent a pen labeled 2021. I sent a picture showing the paint didn't match in a small chip thet I tested.

Now they want me to jump through hoops to get a refund. They want me to send back a sample, at my expense. The paint came from paint scratch.

The color is a match but it almost seems like it was a different sheen than my dash

Was expecting a container with a brush in the cap for touching up paint damage.
The hard tipped paint pens are difficult to use, and dispense too much paint; makes a mess of a small area you're trying to paint.

We just purchased a new Lincoln Corsair. I did not receive my order confirmation after making my order. After contacting support I got this information promptly. I haven't tried the products yet, but appreciate the help page walking through the touch up process step by step.

The online ordering process was quick and easy. I repaired several scratches and chips on my vehicle using the primer, paint and seal coat kit. The paint matched the exact color of my vehicle and was easy to apply. I highly recommend wearing some vinyl gloves in case you get some on your hands. Good product and I'm glad I purchased it. Ordered 2 paint pens at $17 each… it took awhile for my order to even get processed…. Received the pens and was disappointed with the quality of it…. The paint just runs out of them when used, it waste so much the end piece keeps falling out, total mess… for the price the pen quality could be a lot better!
