I only noticed because I checked the status on my flight via the airline (not via OVAGO's website). I tried to get in touch with Ovago but they never responded to any of my many messaged.

Garbage!

Booked 2 tickets with them and waited about 1.5 hours to get etickets or booking confirmation, tried their chat, tried their whatsapp and every time I called it redirected me to the useless chat. After hours of trying managed to talk to someone and was able to cancel.

Bought ticket. They try scamming you. Dont answer. Customer service disconnects. They dont answer emails. Wont even let you talk from another #. Indians who hate you and their life. Speak fast and broken. Worst choice iv made in a while. Only flys to America's.

Worse experience and biggest mistake of my life I did that I booked ticket through OVAGO.
I booked flight and then since 1.5 month facing issue that they cancelled my 1 leg and still not able to resolved by them. I am ready to pay fare difference to reschedule and they are not able to do that too. I had multiple calls and mail but no use. Their agent never reply to any of my mails or never call me back to let me know current issue. This is since March 28 I am working them to resolve my issue but no success. I have paid for fare difference to reschedule my flight because of their issue for that also they are not able to do. My travel dates are coming near and I am completely frustrated and tired talking to these people.
It seems to me that this is not a genuine company just looting of customers money.

PLEASE DONT GO FOR OVAGO...
I hope some one will connect with me after this my review and I will be keep updating here latest status

Beware!

I booked a return flight with Ovago to London from Chicago. Three days before my return trip i tested positive for covid. I contacted Ovago to rearrange my flight. The first problem I had is that it was very hard to understand the Ovago reps. Their english wasnt great and the situation was made worse by the playing of loud music in the background.
Now came the rebooking... Ovago charged me $683 They said that it was "the difference in the ticket price". I explained that I had tested positive for covid and wasnt allowed to fly, this didnt help. Feeling stuck and needing to book a return flight I paid that fee. In the days following that call and before my new flight I contacted American Airlines and explained my situation to them. I was then told that with a positive covid case that there are NO fees involved and that the ticket change should have been free. I called Ovago back and explained what AA had said. This didnt help.
I ended up paying $50 more to have AA take over my ticket so that I would not have to deal with Ovago again.

Beware... Taking money from their customers for no reason. Taking advantage of the covid situation to line their own pockets.
I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH THEM AGAIN AND NOR SHOULD YOU!

What a hell
PLEASE PLEASE it is my Sunday and I am chatting now 4 hours and have paid already two additional costs today in totaling $400 but they have not solved my problem and still one of the segment is economy. ROBBERS AND SCAMMERS - NEVER AGAIN

Absolute scammers

Any review that you might find for ovago over 1 star is guaranteed fake. This 'company' wasted my time for over 2 years by misinforming me, misleading and ultimately screwing me out of $1000. They confirmed airline tickets and then called me a week later to tell me they were rejected. They told me my voucher was good until May 31,2022 and then told me the 'airline' changed their policies and that my voucher actually expired January 2022 AFTER issuing me flight tickets from said airline. Seriously, never use this company and if you have, definitely go file a claim with the DOT or anywhere else you can because in numbers we can take this company down and make sure this doesn't happen to any other people.

Double Charging

Essentially, this company has a criminal refund policy even when specific airlines cancel the flights (which means they compensate you for the money you spent on the tickets) and will attempt to double charge you with fees and seat prices. We booked and selected flights from this website only for the main airlines to not accept it and try to charge us again. When trying to rectify the situation with their online help center, they just kept repeating information from my previous messages and offered no real solution. It is now painfully clear that there is some sort of scam going on and this company needs investigation from the better business bureau. The customer service is abysmal and will give you a splitting headache, especially as large sums of money are on the line. Save yourself some time and worry and avoid this company like the plague.

NEVER AGAAAAAIN!

I bought a ticket in 2020 and it was the biggest regret of my life! They don't want to refund and to reschedule it had to be on the date they chose and on top of that I had to pay an absurd amount of difference... not enough, my original flight included two checked bags and they didn't include it in the rescheduling. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS, I WANT THE BAGGAGE I HAVE RIGHT!

Never booking with them again

I purchased tickets before the pandemic and the flight got canceled in April of 2020. I opted for flight credits and asked them to send the details through email and they said they would but I never received an email. I called multiple times for the details to be emailed to me but every time they said they would but did not follow through. Then when I wanted to book a flight with the credits I found out it was only through Air France and they did not have any destinations or times that worked for me. I asked if I could get a refund and they said I needed the last 4 digits of the card used, so I sent the number and Baldwin said it was an incorrectly number and I had to go to the bank to fix it. The bank said that I should ask for a check addressed the the billing address because the last 4 digits Ovago had on file did not match any account I have or had. I asked for a check but Baldwin said he can't do that. I found the bank statement of the purchase that was the card numbers I had originally sent them, took a screenshot and sent it to Baldwin and then all of a sudden they found the correct card number that matched mine. Now they said I have to wait 2-4 business weeks for them to process the refund but when I called them after that time they said it actually could take a few months, and it has already been a month and a half. I feel like my time has and is still being wasted and I will never be booking with them again to avoid this experience in the future.

The worst experience ever. Flight cancelled twice. No reasonable explanation. 0 communications with airlines and waiting time on phone took hours with employees did no anything. In net shell they stole 3000$ no reschedule, no refund. Will sue this scam agency.

Worst company ever

I bought my plane tickets through this company and the airline canceled our flight. Ovago never contacted me either by phone or email to let me know that the flight was finally cancelled. No help or empathy with their customer service. I do not recommend their service. Hope I will get my refund soon it has been 11 days.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life! Daughter got corona and was stuck in Brazil with my wife I called for a week and a half every day most days on hold for 5 hrs just so they can hang up on me or lie to me saying the guys not here today but will be here tomorrow call tomorrow oh sorry it got transferred to another guy who's not here after over a week of this and my wife and daughter being stuck in Brazil they offered me some crazy deal $718 for the so called difference in ticket prices I said but my wife found tickets for both of them for $800 total! They said no there is no such tickets being so tired of this I said ok and gave my credit card just to wait 3 more days and them never to send the ticket that they said would take 2 minutes in the end we bought new tickets they got home at last and if you call to get a refund you wait on hold for hours for them to hang up on you this site is a SCAM they will take your money and you can't trust them that you'll ever get your ticket please don't let them take your money to!

The worst

I bought a tkt to Australia with Ovago on 2020. Due to the Pandemic I wasn't able to go. As of today no refund, moreover no (zero) updates from the Ovago. Same year I bought tkts with Expedia and other airlines directly (Lufthansa and Delta). All of them returned the funds, and kept me posted. Ovag's interest is only to get the business then it is easy to forget. The worst.

Sold me a flight that doesn't exist

There's really nothing quite like showing up to the airport to check in for a flight that hasn't been in operation for 2 months. Ovago happily took $111 and booked me on Air Transat flight TS 931 that they say was scheduled to depart today, but in actuality hasn't been on Transat's schedule since Oct. 31 2021. There were no Air Transat flights scheduled this morning at all, so there was nobody to talk to in person.

A rep from WestJet helped me find the cheapest flight home, which involves a 8 hour wait and a bus trip a couple cities over, and a total cost of over $400. $400 I really didn't need to spend today of Ovago had sold me a VALID FLIGHT. Their online chat is useless, and my emails to them have, as yet, gone unanswered.

We are still in the middle of trying to sort out, with OVAGO, a flight that has become refundable with no luck so far. Our experience began in January 2020 when we booked two tickets round trip from Orlando to Paris for July 2020. Not surprisingly, we were unable to use the tickets and were told by AirCanada that we were eligible for a voucher. We spent several weeks trying to work with the OVAGO staffer who was assigned to us at that time, Sherry, to get this sorted out. After several unsuccessful attempts Sherry finally told us that she had identified that we were eligible but that we would have to pay an extra several hundred dollar fee to OVAGO. Fine, we reluctantly did so in order to have peace of mind. Fast forward to this past May 2021 when we received an email from AirCanada saying that at this point we were now eligible for a refund of our full ticket value as long as it was requested by July 12th. We of course, needed to go through OVAGO to initiate the refund. Here we are, January 2022, and we still do not have our refund and are being told by AirCanada, when we call to check since communication with OVAGO is spotty and minimal, that there is no record of OVAGO requesting the refund. I have been assured repeatedly by OVAGO and Raul, who is now handling our tickets, that they have requested the refund through AirCanada and are waiting on their response. It's been over 6 months since we originally requested, we are being told by AirCanada that they don't see the request, and all we are getting from OVAGO is the same line about waiting for the airline along with a string of numbers they are saying is the confirmation number but which AirCanada has repeatedly told us is not a valid number. I would like to believe that there's just a breakdown in communication somewhere and that OVAGO has done what they say they have and that the refund is coming but at this point it feels as though we are being given the run around. Our experience start to present has been a nightmare, we just want our refund and to move on from this. Do yourself a favor and book your travel with someone else.

Scammers, DO NOT BUY from them

Cancelled our flights 3 days before departure, promised quick resolution within 72hrs to process refund, however 17 days later and multiple emails/chats our refund of $3k+ is still not processed as they blame airline for not responding to them. We bought a service from ovago, they did not provide it and they are delaying our refund so we had to file a claim through our credit card company to get our money back. It is still pending, they sure take your money very quickly, but they struggle to issue a refund. We will never buy from Ovago again and strongly discourage anyone to use them. Go directly to airlines and you are likely going to get a better deal, cutting useless middleman out.
We have reported them to BBB and Federal trade commission to have them investigated and if that refund doesn't come soon we will likely sue the company, because they deserve it for what they seem to be doing to many people. SCAM, BEWARE!

SUPER BAD

If I could rate it lower, I would, they stole me, and I'm not even asking for a refund, I just wanted to reschedule my flight. Several e-mails exchanged, I spent two hours waiting for a call to be answered and they did not answer me. They are bad and corrupt.

I searched using Google Flights and they linked me to Ovago for my selection. I booked and immediately received an email telling me my reservation was processing. After 15 min and no confirmation I went directly to the selected airline's website and saw my flights were still available, but I didn't book them as I assumed Ovago was booking them for me. No one wants to end up with double tickets! Well after messaging with 3 reps (no one is available by phone), and being told they are working to book my flights, I found out they did not get my flights and I no longer can book them myself because they are now sold out. This delay cost me an extra $130 when I had to book on the competing airline

THE WORST EVER

Where to start. Well after 10 call back, 10+hrs wait and discussion with 6+ agent we are not able to rebook our flight that was cancelled due to COVID.
