I have never in my entire life dealt with such a misleading and manipulative company. Im looking at my receipt that I placed when I ordered my contacts and it says theres a $7.95 shipping fee. Ok, fairly normal, right? Well I get my contacts today and I look at this receipt and it shows a $37 handling charge. Plus the $8 shipping charge! So these what seemed to be cheap contact lenses do not turn out to be so great afterall.
Since their website says that there is a full refund policy I say fine just refund me everything and Ill send it all back. Well after asking about 3 times (they talk over you and say just the right thing to confuse you about whether youre getting a FULL refund or just a full product refund (sneaky)) theyre still going to keep the $45 and refuse to make it right one way or another whether it be refunding just the handling charges that were not on my original receipt or refunding everything for a return. But no they say they absolutely will not and that enough people are happy that it doesnt matter if some people are not unhappy.
Samantha who most definitely is not really named Samantha, was probably the most vile human being Ive ever spoken to and I live in South Florida, so lets just say thats pretty bad. After complaining about the $45 shipping and handling fee, she said she would be more than happy to send me a revised receipt with the one penny handling charge and raise the price of the contacts. I just could not believe my ears at this point and had to get off the phone. I have never in my entire life, and I am an attorney who practices in consumer law and deals with slime ball companies all day long, dealt with anything even remotely close to this.
I never thought Id consuder suing someone over $45, but they cant keep getting away with this.
The best online ordering and customer service I have ever received. I was very impressed with how smooth and fast the whole process was from start to end. After getting my daughters yearly eye exam locally, she decided she wanted contacts this year, they quoted me over $50 per box for her lenses! And, just our luck she has different prescriptions in each eye, which requires me to order two boxes.
When I found this website, I was thrilled to get two boxes for less than the price that they were going to charge me for one!

I received my contacts fairly quickly with the basic shipping option. I checked several sites and they were the cheapest out of all of them! Seamless transaction and happy customer!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTELY SCAM. They first started off by telling me the contacts were not in stock. They made no indication of this when I ordered them but insisted that they would be on time for my departure abroad. They were not. I called them again, hoping that someone could help me but they didn't know any information of the order and insisted that it would arrive within the next 10 days. At this point, I accepted and decided that I could simply have a friend bring the contacts to me as he was coming to visit me in Brasil the following month. I waited and waited but the contacts never arrived. When I began emailing them, they posed as me to the United States Postal Service saying that I was dissatisfied with the delivery job despite the fact that the shipping code they gave wasn't in their system. I asked for a refund and they said they weren't responsible. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BLAME THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Answer: This company is unethical. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received. They assured me they would be here 2 days ago.
Answer: Good Luck with that! They lie and say there is a rebate and then when you ask for it they say it is already expired!
