I've used this site several times now to order my contacts. I recently moved and realized after I placed my order that I had it sent to my old address which was already in my profile. My confirmation email contained a link to easily change the shipping address. I did this a couple days after placing my order and my contacts came to my correct address with no delay. I also get the best price on my contacts with them. Always a smooth transaction and I will use them for future orders.
Always receive fast and accurate service with opticontacts! Will continue to use them for all of my contact needs.
I am 30 years old and I've been purchasing glasses and contacts through opticontacts since 2014. This is the first time I've ever gone out of my way to review a company. I give them 5 stars for many reasons, mainly because they seem to really appreciate their customers. They also have great customer service, good with returns, help me fix my errors while ordering, fast response and friendly representatives. I've also done a bit of research and opticontacts.com has the best prices without insurance I can find.
I was very pleased with my whole experience ordering from opticontacts. I was drawn by the excellent price and fast delivery. Was exactly what I ordered and I will definitely order again!
They were to be on sale but added $40 handling fee. From a male individual and not a COMPANY. I feel like he might me ordering on sale and sending to others at high price from him? Never paid $40+ handling fees. Did arrive but not made in US but from an individual and not company. Would like a business card or to know where he got these.
"I've been using contacts for a long time and never had such a bad experience with a company and customer service in general. I've been waiting for my contacts to arrive for 2 weeks. I wasn't worrying, since I haven't received any emails from the company that they are having any issues with the order. I checked my bank account and the card was charged 4 days after the order has been placed. However, I was using the last pair and I become concern after 2 weeks. I called the company and representative told me they couldn't process my order due to expired prescription. On my question, why no one ever notified me and my card still has been charged 4 days later, he said that they send me an email. Of course, no one ever did that because I was checking my email every single day. Who would ever wait for a delivery if they sent me an email. Representative didn't care much and he didn't try to help. The worst customer service experience ever. Will make sure to let all my friends know about it, so they wouldn't use this company.
We got a great deal on the contacts we needed. We received them quickly and as ordered. No hassle process. Hopefully can reorder at a similar price
I spoke with customer service four or five times trying to resolve the issue of opticontacts delivering to the wrong address. They claim to that they delivered to my PayPal address which is different than the address that I had stated on the order the original order that I placed with opticontacts online. I had one customer service rep repeat himself at least 8 times telling me that as soon as they receive the return then they can issue the contacts to my corrected address. I told him I just wanted to cancel and get my refund and they said no we have to wait until we get your contacts back. After much investigation to the wrong address with the post office I found out that they were delivered there. I never received notification or an email that stated that there was a return in progress.
The processing fee is ridiculous, the more you order the higher your fee. Plus shipping. It shouldn't cost more than $3 to ship contacts. Yes, great prices but add in everything else, not so much.
Best price to buy contacts. The only place that delivers to FPO's Great prices and fast delivery!

OptiContacts reached it to my doctor to get the proper proscription & sent it in the mail within days. They had the best price I could fine on my proscription. I will definitely be using this service again.

The contacts that I bought at Opticontacts were at an amazing price. The retailer where I had my exam was going to charge $1100 to $1200. I got my year's worth of lenses at Opticontacts for less than $700--and even less than that with the $150 rebate. Amazing service, easy to use, excellent prices. I'm sold! The retailer couldn't come close to matching. Not even close.

Third time I have placed an order for contacts and have always been satisfied! Great company! Contacts are of good quality. My brand of contacts changed since a no problem returning unopened box.

Answer: This company is unethical. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received. They assured me they would be here 2 days ago.
Answer: Good Luck with that! They lie and say there is a rebate and then when you ask for it they say it is already expired!
