Fast serving! Communication thru e-mail pretty excellent. Love the prices that beat retail store costs. Only one thing I disappointed thats related to handling and shipping fees. Wish they give us more details of both. Myself work for UPS, aint being stupid with the price and handling costs.
Maybe we are spoiled by Amazon fast shipping, but it took about 10 days to get my order. That seems a little too long. But, they arrived - so - all good.
Half the price of other online Contact Lens vendors. Will definitely continue to order!
Sitejabber says i have to write 100 characters, so the rest of this is just filler. Thats weird. I don't know what else I have to say to convince people to buy from OptiContacts, but I guess Sitejabber feels you want to read more instead of less. They must be the reason Twitter doubled their 140 characters too. If you're reading this, you already know that OptiContacts is cheap and fast. Now I'm just wasting your time because Sitejabber said I have to. I would not have wasted my time or yours, if I didn't think OptiContacts was worth it, but I hope they decide to go with another review service than the very-demanding Sitejabber.

I'm glad I found this site after almost ordering and paying double with the 1800 contact distributor. Exact same contacts at half the price! Thank you OptiContacts I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I did have to wait a few extra days because the lenses I ordered were out of stock, but overall I am very happy with the transaction. They sent an email right away to let me know that it would take a few extra days, which I appreciated. It was helpful that they were able to confirm my prescription with the doctor's office so that I didn't have to make any phone calls. I am new to wearing contacts and I am very happy with how easy it was to order these.

Everything arrived on time and it was perfect. I appreciated the fast service and ease of ordering I will continue to use, would like to hear more about savings, etc.
This was not worth the hassle. On the 8th, I placed my order online and my credit card was charged immediately. On the 10th I received an email that said my contacts "were not in inventory" and "The approximate wait time for the lenses to arrive to our facility is around 7 to 10 business days." They also assured me this delay "would normally affect all retailers." On the 21st (a weekend day), I called Opti for an update and I received this by email: "It seems that your package is scheduled to ship out of our facilities in the next 48 business hours." I received my contacts on the 26th. All totaled I waited 18 days for my contacts. Of course Opti did not apologize but instead went on the defensive and said I had them within 10 business days. Well, it was 13 business days from when I ordered on the 8th. Beware, they invite you to review them on Trust Pilot and respond with a defensive response to which you cannot reply, nor can you change or delete your review. I should have cancelled the order, but they had already charged my card and it takes days for a credit to be applied. It was a matter of choosing one hassle over another. The bottom line: make sure you have a couple of pairs left before you order from OptiContacts. They don't tell you they are not in stock until AFTER your card is charged.
Horrible wait time. Contacts took over a month to get. First time costumer and I will not be back!
I agree with the other reviewers that Opticontacts plays games with fees by increasing them if you find a lower price per box. Also, they say they guarantee to match a lower total price but when I found a lower price from a major competitor they said they wouldn't honor it!
You will notice different processing and shipping fees for the exact same products if you're a returning user vs. a new user. When logged in, they tried to charge me $81 to re-order a prescription. When logged out and entering my prescription information the same exact product with shipping and processing would have been $71. The shipping and processing fees were higher and the price per box of contacts was lower. They would have taken $81 from a returning customer like myself but $71 from a new user. No thanks. Order elsewhere.
I am not sure what is most misleading about this site. Crazy inflated shipping prices or their 6.5% processing fee. But even more alarming is their prices. When visiting their website, google shopping, and amazon I am receiving three totally different prices. I am not sure whats going on with this company but I rather give me business to a honest business.
I just wanted to write a review about opticontacts and say they really do honor their guarantee of matching other online prices within 7 days. I am saving big dollars on my acuvues and never buying from my optomitrist again.
Answer: They refuse to waive or refund. For me it was not disclosed until shipped.

Answer: This company is unethical. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received. They assured me they would be here 2 days ago.
Answer: Good Luck with that! They lie and say there is a rebate and then when you ask for it they say it is already expired!
