My order from over 3 weeks ago was theoretically shipped in a timely manner, but I have yet to receive my order. I've REPEATEDLY contacted OpenSky via their "contact us" link and via their "reply to" e-mail, only to be ignored, NO RESPONSE. I get at least one e-mail a day offering "great deals" which is very annoying and I have absolutely no desire to do business with them again.
Me and my wife purchased an umbrella for Pool from open sky. Upon receiving our delivery we only received the umbrella and the base was left out however when we But the umbrella it said it came with a base and everything after spending over $390 on an umbrella for our pool were left without a bass we've tried to contact them several times me personally five my wife four times. And to no avail we still have not received an email back or even a phone call. God knows if we're going to get a base to a huge umbrella that we can't even use. So disappointingI guess I should've looked at the reviews of this place before actually purchasing something that expensive.

I placed two substantial orders 2+ weeks ago. Opensky claims my orders are complete in one area of their site but shipped in another. Opensky says I should receive by July 13th, 4 days ago. The Fed ex tracking numbers say it's pending. Shipment information received, but shipment not yet received. There is no phone number. I have messages "customer support" 3 times this week. No response. Is this a scam?

I discovered an item while on Facebook, so decided to purchase and click on Link. Photograph on web page shows image of T&G bluetooth speaker that's identical to JBL Xteme 2 except with T&G logo, so large item. I ordered item May 8th and finally received July 1 st, so almost two months while in transit. Keep in mind tracking shows item reached U.S. soil May 16th took 3 days to leave L. A., 5/16 to 6/11 in Kent, WA, 6/12,6/15 - 6/23 to my town Woodridge, IL, back to IN on 6/25,6/25 to 6/30 Carol Stream, IL, 6/30 to Woodridge, IL and delivered 7/1. Unbelievable right, I reached to customer service 3 separate times and finally received a response via email 7/4. After almost 2 months waiting I looked at the item on the web page and noticed it wasn't even the same item. After further review it states on the item return it states Custom Items Can not be returned. I do not recommend this site. TG117 Portable Column wireless Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker. The item in the middle is what I received which is clearly not what's noted on the other photo's. The photo's on the left and right are the images they show on their website. Very dissapointed so attempting to get a refund.

So my package is stuck out in CA... USPS cannot help. There is no customer service phone number; they only have one for their credit card division.

I have ordered a product about 2 weeks back. I wrote back to them within an hour of my order to ask them to not include the receipt since this was a gift. I never received any response. I followed up after 2 days and yet no response. Followed up again the next day, no response. And after 5 days I got an email saying that your order is shipped. I emailed again with a URGENT in subject line expressing my frustration with their unresponsiveness. And after 10 days, they replied saying that the vendor confirmed that there is no invoice in package. And now as I am checking the delivery date, it got delayed by a day. When i check the next day, it got delayed by another day. This has been happening since 3 days. I emailed the support again and all that guy did was copy and paste the details from fedex tracking number, which i already acknowledged that I had. It says "Address change" in the tracking number but does not say what it is. And the customer support is not telling me what that address change is. I was supposed to get it delivered today based on what I saw yesterday. So does that mean it is going back? Whats the address change. I am so frustrated dealing with their customer services since the last 2 weeks. I have atleast sent them 7 emails without getting my issue resolved. It is a drain if you have to spend so much time on following up on one simple question.
UPDATE: they just emailed me saying that it is rerouted back. So after 12 days, I learnt that I am not getting the product. I had emailed them asking to cancel only if the invoice is included in the shipment since it was a gift. Even my correspondence with the support team member earlier today, I was never told that the item is shipped back, when I question about the delayed delivery since it was expected to be delivered today.

I ordered a marble maze on March 27th and didn't receive it until May 23rd. What turned into a few days delivery turned into weeks. I'll never purchase from this company ever again. I feel like they could have done more to make this right but didn't.

I have ordered four solar powered light cubes, and one of them came to me broken. I required a replacement, and the store asked me to send the pictures of the broken item. Well, I did the picture by my cellphone. However they could not open it because "the size of the picture is too big"! And they requested to redo the picture, downsize it and send one more time. Oh, I did not say, that the price for broken item was $10. I wasted tons of my time to prove them the broken item, and even after that they DID NOT MAKE A REPLACEMENT.

I purchased a pair of sneakers, tracking says I received them however I did NOT. I've tried numerous times to contact them, they never respond. Either refund my money or give me the product.
I ordered a pair of ankle boots. They not only don't look like the picture they are so poorly made! No tag for size or material. Not stamp as shown in pictures. I will not order anything else from this site again!

I made a purchase and for some reason or another... the purchase was cancelled. I checked to see if maybe the item was out stock. It was not so I proceeded with trying to purchase it again. This time it went through and item was shipped. After waiting 2 weeks. I received an email stating the item had been delivered, but I did not receive it. I emailed the company and they said it was delivered to the wrong address and that they would re-ship the item. Here it is another 2 weeks later and still nothing! They claim to have contacted their merchant to re-ship and that they have received no response from them. Sounds fishy! This item was supposed to be a gift and I am highly disappointed and upset with the whole situation. I was really looking forward to gifting it. I don't recommend purchasing anything from them. Having to wait over a month for an item is complete bull$#*!! Buyer beware!

I returned an item to open sky per their return address that they sent me and the ok'd they sent me a fake address and shipped back to me postage due of $107.00 What a scam company and the worst customer support ever

Received defective item.
There is no port to insert the charger into.
There's just an empty hole with no connector.
No way to charge it.
It is defective and useless.
I think this was previously returned by another customer and should not have been resold to me.
They sent me a prepaid return label and I sent the item back to them.
I got a refund, but the ordeal was onerous. They should never have sold the obviously defective item,. Which evidently was the very last one in their inventory, because they removed the item from their site. It was the last one and it was obviously defective but they tried to pawn it off on me. They just wanted to take advantage of a customer for a lousy $25 sale.
Seriously, I really resent people trying to take advantage of me.
They don't like this review and are willing to pay me more if I remove this review.

I placed an order for a Handbag collection, leather. Upon receipt, its plastic. Several attempts made to contact Open Sky with no reply. I decided to investigate further, and my "leather handbag collection" is available at Walmart for 5 dollars cheaper. It is true, you get what you pay for.
