I ordered the Euro-bag. I liked the pictures on my computer but sometimes I have been disappointed in a order when it came. However, when my bag arrived from Open Sky, I was very happy with my purchase. It is very well made with double stitching and good strong fabric, a very nice lining and plenty of pockets for every need.
It was easy to order, the dog grooming product is great and it was delivered very fast.
I have been shopping OpenSky for at least 5 years and I always have a positive experience. Every item I have purchased and received has either met or (often) exceeded my expectations. Overall, I would totally say my opinion of OpenSky is Extremely Positive!
Use extreme caution with this merchant. I ordered a product and when I ordered the product it indicated you may return within 14 days. I tried to return an unused product still in the package in 7 days and they would not honor it. They said no return on sale items. All their items are on sale!
I have blocked their website from my email and server due to shaddy business practices. Too bad they don't act like Groupon or some of the other creditable online stores. Never do business with them!
I ordered a shirt through Living Social/Open Sky, and it was picked up by USPS within a few days. It has been more than two weeks and the tracking number indicates that the item is still sitting at the post office. I have repeatedly asked Open Sky to find out where the package is, but the refuse to put a postal tracer on it. They keep telling me that they hope to resolve this in a timely manner, but are doing NOTHING to find my package. The did CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD in a timely manner for them. And now, I have no shirt and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

How this company is still in business, I don't know! Worst customer service ever, won't return your phone calls! That alone tells you it's a shady business. Just read all these reviews, and all the complaints on Better Business Bureau.
Isn't it too bad you can't BLOCK me on this site like you did on facebook?!
And don't expect a refund on returned items, even defective ones, had to eventually contact my credit card company. Oh, and be careful, they'll send you more than what you ordered and than that way you lose more money and they make more!

Okay so I received a very nice bracelet that was beautiful and fine however the bef sheets they are of the worst quality possible-- the fabric is so thin that you could not possibly make your bed the elastic around the fitted sheet was so thin and every night I spent hours putting the sheets back on the bed because if I turned over the sheets would come off they were so poorly constructed and when I got them out of the wash machine they were completely wrinkled. I hang them because I do not have a dryer. I actually was so irritated with them, I complained to so many people and I ended up buying sheets from my previous vendor. 14 days ago I placed an order for an eye mask for $20 and that has not arrived yet it supposedly has built-in earbuds which I am needing it badly because all of the ones that came with my Galaxy phone are way too big for my ears and I have extreme pain with the general earbuds because they are bodacious.

I purchased a set of queen size bamboo sheets. The color was not at all what I expected. The quality is as cheap as you can get with the elastic on the fited sheet sliding around in flimsy stitching. The stitching is single stitiching and the pillow cases are barely big enough for a queen pillow. To top it off, they refused to let me exchange it. It was sold as a Final Sale.
I will not be using this website again!

These Personalized cutting boards turned out better than I expected, great quality. I'm a realtor, and have started buying these for my clients. They love them!
Normally I don't write such harsh reviews, but I've ordered three times from OpenSky. My last order (which I still haven't received) will be my last. I've had two bad shipping experiences out of three which is a 67% failure rate. First time the problem happened, I received an email with a shipping tracking number stating the order was in route when in fact it had never even been fulfilled. Three weeks later I received the order. This last time, the USPS tracking number showed the product was delivered three days earlier, which wasn't the case. I contacted Customer Support and was told I would need to deal with the Post Office. OpenSky could take a few customer service lessons from Amazon.

Received a damaged item. I travel so did not call until after 14 days received. They asked for a picture, which I sent as soon as they asked (after taking the photo, sending it to myself, cut/paste, sent). I received a direct reply stating that I could not return the shirt as it was beyond 14 days. (So why did they want the picture?). I gave a gruff rating here and was asked to call in. After a brief wait on hold (5 minutes or so), spoke with Wykeesha who admitted to sending that email and that it did 'not' mean they wouldn't work with me. (I read it as it was a closed case). She told me they would do this one-time refund for this shirt.

The website claims to have credit available to your account which in reality it is just an additional discount per item depending on the merchandise and whether or not it is availabile for a discount. The advertisement is completely deceptive and not accurate. I am very unhappy with the customer service as well. I have been a customer to this website and I am so unbelievably dissatisfied with my items. I wanted to give this site another try, but yet again, I'm very unhappy. This website is a complete scam and the items are of low quality. Along with the low quality, the prices are outrageously high.

They promised an automatic discount to be aplplied at checkout and actually had to pay full price and wait for the item. Notified customer service and they informed me its only for certain merchandise and certain companies that they sell for. None of the guidlines were there at the time of purchase to read on how you get the discount. Customer service never resonded back on a follow up email. Paid a full price tution on the product i bought for the knowledge to never deal with this site again.

Shipping is quick and products are good quality so far all I have ordered is jewelry and 2 were personalized and all of the jewelry came just as expected.
I made my purchase and got an email with tracking number. After 2 weeks it was still in transit. After almost 3 weeks, still in transit. I emailed Open Sky to inquire and complain about the delivery service. I get an email back apologizing and telling me they will look into it. 1 week later I still hadn't heard from them so I emailed again (now almost 4 weeks). They said "it should be arriving soon". How was it sent? Pony Express? I emailed again telling them I was fed up and to cancel the order and credit back my credit card. They told me the tracking number showed it was delivered (it wasn't not to my house anyway). I emailed again letting them know I never received it. They tell me to go to the Post Office to fill out a form that I hadn't received the product. Customer Service, what a joke. Never buy anything from this sham site again.

I purchased a pair of 14kt-gold-french-lock earrings for pierced ears, that went on sale from $125 to $37.50 and with a 20% discount and shipping and handling the total cost was $31.98. I thought I was getting a good bargain. When I received the earrings, they look nothing like the picture. The earrings were so tiny I could barely get them on my ears. I asked OPEN SKY Chat Service could I return or exchange them for a larger pair. There policy was no returns or exchanges on sale items. My conclusion, if I had bought the earrings before the sale I really would have gotten ripped off. I'm glad I only paid $31.98 and the earrings weren't worth this price.

I placed an order for a go go gadget bag in late December; it arrived mid January. I put it aside to use for travel and as soon as I started using it the pull on the zipper broke. I contacted them and was told that I had the item too long and they could do nothing about it. If I had used the item very much at all I would not question; however it was barely used - looks brand new except for the broken off pull which cannot be repaired without replacing the entire zipper. Poor quality. Don't waste your bucks.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
