Can you imagine wearing a pair of earrings made from a 1960's Noxzema jar. I love the fact they found a way to do this. I also love the earrings and it is a win win outcome. In fact I ordered the White ones.
From my first order they lied about sending it and that it was on the way. The posted USPS tracking number were false and stated pretty shipping not actually received. Lies now I asked for my refund and they say they have confirmation so I need to take it up with the post office. Don't buy from them! BAD BAD BAD!
Received earlier than expected and the quality was nice.
I really enjoy looking through the pages on this site. It's especially nice to see something I like and then find out the price is much lower than I thought. Delivery is pretty fast and they are so good about keeping me updated on the progress of my order.

I ordered a six piece set of sheets from their website only to receive a 4 piece set of sheets in the wrong color. When I contacted the company and asked if they would send me the correct item, I was told I would have to process a return for the current item AND order another set of the sheets I originally ordered. This is ridiculous! Customer service should have taken care of the return of the current item and shipment of the correct item. Will definitely not be recommending this business or there product to anyone!

First of all, without telling you they AUTOMATICALLY plug in a 35% discount coupon to your customers, then charge you the additional fees for selling on their venue---seriously, WHO DOES THAT?
Want to see your order history? Well, you sure don't want to look under the "Orders" tab for that---they're not there!
After several months of inactivity, you will receive a personal phone call to find out how to give them even more money----since they're scraping after the 35% discount they're shoveling out. Instead of taking your concerns and their business model flaws into consideration, the customer service rep will talk over you, make excuses, tell you your order info is everywhere except the "Orders" tab---duh---and generally reinforce your feeling that you should never, ever, use OpenSky.
PS: As you can see from their reply below, they take no responsibility for such shady dealings beyond saying you can change the 35% discount. The thing is---which they refuse to grasp---is that you have to figure out that they have automatically g̶o̶u̶g̶e̶d set it for you in the first place.
Instead, it's assumed that we know this---and here I thought everyone knew that "$#*!*u*me" bit. Etsy doesn't do anything like that, neither does Amazon, neither does any other venue I've ever heard of---all of those business decisions are left up to the seller, where they belong.
But, if OpenSky already made the preposterous assumption that anyone outside of a Chinese gulag and seeking to actually make money on their site would offer a 35% discount, it begs the question,
What other money-shortening fields have also been filled in for us?

Of several things I ordered at once, for gifts for up coming birthdays and events, one came utterly mis-sized. I asked for an exchange, and while the merchant agreed to send me the correct size, when it came, it was also wrong. By a LOT. I gave up on that one. One item arrived of such poor quality, I was pretty horrified (it was a watch, and it was so tinny and poorly made I could not give it to the person I intended it for). The last two items never even arrived. I have complained twice now and over a month later, still nothing. Only two items came, more or less as described and decently made. I would not recommend you risk your time and money on this site.

I ordered a silver mesh chain bracelet that would only fit a size 12+ wrist. I sent it back to the address on the packing slip but ups notified me there was no such address. I HAD TO PAY $10 TO HAVE IT RETURNED TO ME. I have been emailing open sky since march 2016. TODAY JUNE 8 I GET A NOTIFICATION I MUST PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOMORROW.

My Card was charged the day I ordered, May26th, however I have yet to receive! It has not even been shipped at this point (June 8th) and have been told they have contacted the Merchant twice to date and still have no response... I will NEVER order anything through Open Sky again. If they are going to do business with these vendors, then, Open Sky should be held accountable for all orders!

Though I have had success with some vendors on this site, I was really taken by another one. I bought a bag was the worse quality. One other sites, it was $32 but twice that much on Open Sky. The plastic on the straps was the quality of a child's toy purse, shiny and thin. There seems to be no vetting of the vendors.

Custom ordered a wooden cheeseboard with a personal name. Received it quicker than expected. The scripting was nice; however, it could've been done a little bit thicker. It should've been polished. You can smell the burnt wood from the personalization. There were no instructions on how to clean the board or how to preserve it. It makes a nice gift but for the cost, there should've been better presentation.
I ordered the Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Earphone Earbuds Sport Headset (Sweatproof Design). The earphones arrived with a small plastic piece broken off one of the earbuds. They work, so I will keep them. Not worth the hassle to return.

I ordered a travel packing item, and the first time I used it on a trip the zipper broke making the item unusable. After three unanswered customer service emails (there is no phone number) a live chat person told me that I couldn't return it because it was past the 14 day return policy. It was a defective, cheaply made product that broke the first time I used it. This is a horrible company! Living Social should be ashamed of itself redirecting its customers to Open Sky!

I was returning a purse. I printed the label they emailed me. Guess what? 10 days later and it's back in my mailbox with a postage due sticker. Really? Now what? 6.80 plus whatever they deduct for the paid label. Do I have enough time to send it back? What a horrible way to Do business! Never again Open Sky.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
