Bought a shirt from this company. Terrible terrible material and the shirt does not fit. Called to return to find out that this was a final sale for which I did not see. I can not wear nor want to wear this garbage.
I am told I can not return the item. It was a final sale. How can you not allow someone to return something if it is in such poor quality and does not fit? I will report this company for their practices.

The item I bought was suppose to work in the USA. Everything was Chinese, it wouldn't sync with my Apple iphone. The details said it would work with an Apple iphone. When I sent my return, OpenSky said this was a final sale. I told them it wouldn't even work with phone. They just keep giving me the run around. Every time I contact them they say they have contacted the merchant & will get with me in a couple of days. They never get back with me. They have a phone number, I called & was put on hold for 30 minutes & no one ever picked up my call. I do not think they are going to do anything. I also told them to close my account & take all my information out of their system.

I was able to order what I needed, and it shipped quickly and was accurate.
One of the most tricky and dishonest online business. While they advertise fancy and beautiful stuff, they deceive you into buying through their shady, dodgy free credit. They promised to use your credit card for shipping only and later found out they charge so much for stuff I could get on Amazon or eBay cheaper. These people are dangerous and Consumer franchise board should close them down.

I placed my order on a Wednesday and it was delivered the following Monday. The necklace was exactly what was pictured. I was extremely please with the quality and quite surprised at how quickly it came. I would definitely order from OpenSky again and in fact just placed another order for something else. I had a completely different experience with the second order. I was charged and the order was never shipped. I had to email several times to get a credit and finally disputed with the credit card company. Will never order from OpenSky again!
The experience is fine, the product received is disappointing, the quality of the goods isn't high. It looks cheaply made and box was crushed.

I ordered led solar lights or so I thought. For $18 I recieved a dollar store solar light. Customer service was argumentative... This was a waste of 10 minutes of my life and $18... geez

I purchased a 'mini cool handheld personal air conditioner' from Open Sky. They say the 'original' cost was $129.00 (an outright lie if I ever saw one). I bought it for $17.99. It is a very cheap fan. I don't think I would have paid more than $5.00 for this. I'm embarrassed to say I fell for this garbage. It is simply a fan that hangs around your neck. No real instructions as how to attach the lanyard (there is no place to loop it). 'Charger' needs the actual part that plugs into an outlet. Please do not buy this. Go to the dollar store or a Five Below and pick up a small fan; you will get a better deal.

Open sky asked for review and this is what I've got to say: I asked if I could return something because it was the wrong size they said they would get back to me on June 9 I haven't heard anything cents. I actually wanted to exchange it because I love the product and needed a different size and I have heard nothing since then.

Like another reviewer I was told I had "CREDIT", I wasn't fooled and saw it for the veiled way to get me to order. I did place an order anyway. Well, the product was supposed to slice vegetables for 10 dollars a piece... the blade was so dull nothing would not cut anything...
I called customer support to return it. No Answer... then I saw on the website thatI can return it for a 10% restocking fee AND a minimum charge for $20 dollars to get a authorized return label! THIS IS SUCH A RIP OFF!

DON'T GET SUCKERED! OpenSky sent my father an email saying he had $75 of "credit" to spend. He took this to mean, as a reasonable person would, that he could order $75 worth of items for free. In reality, OpenSky "credit" is just a small discount applied to each item. After adding about $75 worth of stuff to his cart, it told him he still had $40 of "credit" available so he kept shopping until finally all the "credit" was gone. In the end when the "credit" finally was used up, his card was charged for over $150! We had to call the credit card company to cancel the orders and now I'm still on the hook for shipping all this junk back.

I have just received my very first order from Open Sky. Much to my surprise, the ring I received looks absolutely nothing like the ring that prompted me to order and they will not take it back. The posted picture was obviously a fake and I will never order from them again. Hopefully, this will save someone from wasting money like I have.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
