I TRIED contacting this company via email & phone 4 TIMES. I purchased a necklace, in which the chain broke the day it arrived & with a bracelet, all of the charms fell off within a week... and it was an "AA" Brand bracelet (since I can't use company names). I could tell it was cheaply made & wasn't the real thing because I have a real "AA" bracelet I've had since Christmas (6-months ago) and that REAL one is still in perfect condition. I TRIED 4 times contacting The OpenSky Company following the "30-day Refund Rule", posted in black and white on their website. Each time I called, I was told it was up to the "Third Party Sellers"... WHAT? WHO ARE THEY? AT NO TIME WAS I EVER TOLD OR SHOWN ON the OpenSky WEBSITE THAT THEY HAVE 3RD PARY SELLERS?! THE POINT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW IS THIS: You will NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND, EVEN IF YOU CONTACT THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS AS THEY POST ON THEIR WEBSITE! My next stops are the Better Business Bureau AND any kind of TV media (the News Each Evening)... they'd be ALL OVER this! THIS SITE IS A SCAM!
I ordered a product and received it in a timely manner, just as always.
I felt like I was tricked into purchasing a knockoff instead of the real FitBit, because the photo looked just like it and the model name was similar. When I received it and read the instructions, they were unclear. Obviously written by a non English speaker, and could not be followed. There was no return label in the package, and no return instructions. It was very difficult to find the return instructions on line. In fact, I still don't have them. I had to send them an email yesterday from their website and haven't heard back yet. Also, please note that there are no reviews on ANY of the products. They don't allow it. That tells you something. So I can't even tell prospective buyers of my experience. I don't trust them at all and will never go back to their site.

My orders arrived quickly and were packaged very well. I will definitely buy from OpenSky again.
My 1st purchase was a ring and it is awesome and came in a timely manner. My 2nd purchase was a pair of earrings and I have not received them as of todays date.
I discovered that open sky not only charged me twice for the same order, but they charged four dollars above double the price of the original order. Not only that, but I discovered a monthly "recurring charge" they were making on on my bank account. These people are hucksters! They are out to suck your bank account dry. Avoid at all costs! I had to spend a good half-hour on the telephone sorting it all out with Wells Fargo, and who wants to go through all that?! So I had to cancel my debit card and get another one reissued. I hope like hell they don't try this sh*t on my credit card, I am going to have to comb through that one now as well.

The products received were much better looking than the pictures and the actual items themselves the quality was amazing this products were obviously made with care and deliberation so they could still be evident years from now. The orders were shipped exactly as they said and arrived much quicker that other items purchased on the internet. I will be a large quanity buyer from this company for a long time
The item was slow in coming: It took two weeks after notice of shipping to reach me. When I received it I tried to wear it, but one of the tabs (for the roll-up sleeve) did not have the required buttonhole. Very disappointed in communication, delivery and quality.

I am a little confused about the return process.
The item I ordered arrived quickly without paperwork.
It is quite nice but I need to return it because it will not serve my purpose.
Hopefully a return label with instructions will be forthcoming soon. Support staff on chat room was quite pleasant and assured me my request was already being handled by his colleague. I am currently waiting for instructions and a label. I trust there will be no issue with the return. It must be accomplished with 14days of receipt of merchandise.
False advertising. Will not accept returns on products purchased, although it states you have 14 days to return product. Can only email merchant that sold product.

I wanted to cancel an order. After doing more research, I discovered that the product I ordered was cheaper on other sites. The advertised it as being $149 and they were selling it for $19. I did a little research and made a fast decision due to the time they said had to purchase it that the price. It sells for 8 bucks on Amazon. I was a total fool. I called customer service to cancel and was told I could not cancel and that all sales were final. Very poor customer service and company in general. Stay away!

I purchased a shower head that said it was worth well over $100 when I received it it was poor quality and when looked it up online and it retails for less than the sale price I supposedly got it for this is a scam these people should be out of business

Like many here, received an email saying that I had a $40.00 credit, I recall returning an item and thought it was legitimate. Went to the sight, ordered an item and the computer froze and the order appeared not to go through. A day later went back and ordered a different item. A week or so later the two items arrived, and a month later both were billed to my credit card with no credit whatsoever. Their reply to my email was, 'you need to read the details of our credit policy' I call that bait and switch, if it is not obvious to the consumer then it is a scam! I think that the company is full of cr%p!

Stay away from this company! Please let my review serve as a warning not to purchase anything from this company. Aside from charging a rediculous high shipping charge, the quality of their clothes is nothing like their photos. - it is of poor quality. The sizes does not match. I have ordered the same dress in size small as well as medium and the measurements were identical. I could not fit in the dress even though I am a small size 4. I called to return the dress along with another dress that was also way too small and they told me it was final sale. Their dresses are made to fit short Asian people. I am now stuck with two dresses that are of poor quality and deesn't fit. A very expensive lesson.

Both items from different shops went straight into trash - poorest quality - 1 blouse had horrid smell- never again

Purchased the glowing path stones and the LED yard lights. Both products arrived within days of the order being placed, however, both items appear to be for a Barbie Dream Home. From the pictures on the web site, it appears the products would be much larger than they actually are. The LED Yard Lights are actually 3 inches wide. The path stones are about thumb nail size. I guess I can use them on a model railroad set for accent.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
