It was a very bad first time purchase experience with open sky. My orders were all mixed up. Of 4 orders, only 1 was correct. It was so embarrassing and yet Open Sky seemed to be mixed up scratching their heads as my orders were all mixed up and has not responded. Lucas has tried his best to get to the bottom of everything but we are still at the bottom and my opinion of Open Sky has been sinking to the bottom. I have never had a bad experience with any online orders with any other website. Open Sky has left me embarrassed at this point and I want to know what Open Sky plan to do about it
Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. I love my Galaxy Note 5 phone wallet!
I ordered a custom keychain. The quality was great and the delivery was lightening fast. This was my first purchase with open sky and there will definitely be more.
I happy with purchases except for one with I still have yet to receive. The purchase in question is the chevon crystal ring which was one of my first purchases. I call customer service and I was told that they will get back to me about what happened to my ring. Well I still haven't heard anything.

I'm not even sure how I was connected to this site.
I received an email with ads. This weekend has been exceptionally bad.
There is no unsubscribe link anywhere in the emails.
So I went to the site. There it logged me in with my Google plus and Facebook connection, not cool.
Went into account. No option to do anything but change frequency or unsubscribe, and thus bring only on the desktop version of the site.
At this point I wanted my connections and this account deleted from this site as it feels fake.
No option to do this.
While clicking around on my phone I see the little piggy bank with the number 60 lit above it.
Clicking on that says there is a credit and rules apply. No rules to be found anywhere.
I don't want to be associated with this spam.
So I tried their app, no place there to unsubscribe either. Requested the desktop site. A few more options there but still no option to close or delete this account.
Contacted their chat and had to practically threaten these people to delete this account.
What "Martin" took away from it was, " I'm sorry you couldn't spend the credit on the items you wanted" I didn't want anything. I wanted emails stopped and account deleted. Plain and simple!
I'd avoid this company. From just looking around while trying to get out for two days, everything seems like trash with extremely high prices.
Just stick with Amazon or something well known.
There is something fishy about a company based in Romania having five locations in the U.S. Just something off. I'll be researching them and checking with ic3'

At the end of May 2016, I ordered a bracelet and a necklace. Here it is July 1st and I have never received either item. I have sent Open Sky numerous emails asking for a refund. They haven't even acknowledged that the order was cancelled. Why must everything be such a struggle? Please refund my money then we can go our separate ways.

I returned a non-working item to them within 2 weeks and has NEVER received a penny of my refund. Then they keep emailing me about money I have, but can only spend on merchants that accept credits... This is a SCAM if ever I saw one. Do NOT make a purchase from them, run in the other direction because if you like it, you're good, but do not ask for a refund, you will not get it! Oh and the 1-star is the lowest I could give them... they don't deserve that!

I strongly believe that I received the wrong earrings. They are nothing like what I saw in the picture. They are much smaller, in fact, I am having a hard time getting them in my ear. They look like newborn earrings. I am going to have to send them back. This is my first experience with OpenSky and I see more items that I would like to order and I hope I can continue to do so. I am expecting this to be taken care of properly.

It was very easy to order and to cancel an inadvertent order. The bag was delivered sooner than I expected and it is exactly what I wanted. Lots of compartments.
My only complaint is that I couldn't figure out how to cancel an earlier order in a different color.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
