How can I get a refund? Please, simple request... just want money back.
I am trying to return an item and have waited several days and still have not received the necessary label to send it back. I am concerned I may not be able to return it as it will be more than 14 days before I get to send it back.

This company is absolutely awful. I ordered several items on July 1,2016. It took five live chats on their website and two phone calls to get my order cancelled. It took me over an hour to come up with their phone number in NYC. They stock nothing! Once they receive your order and payment, they order from companies as far away as Sweden then advise they are having problems with their suppliers. The tracking numbers are, according to them, assigned when the order is received not when they are shipped. RUBBISH. They ship using USPS. I am close to filing a complaint with the postal authorities and FBI for mail fraud, a federal violation with heavy fines and terms of imprisonment

I placed an order over a week ago and got an email it processed and had a tracking number. Several days later I tried to enter number to see where package was it was an invalid number I tried chat said it was not working and emailed them no answer so next day I sent a second request asking where my Order was finally got an auto reply they will check on it and I still have not heard from them! I will never order anything else and will be canceling my order if I do not hear from them soon! Do not think this is a legit company buyers beware!

I thought I ordered sheets from Living Social. Even using my password and all to get into my Living Social account. Turns out I ordered From Open Sky. It was false advertising of a totally different product. Supposedly they will send me the proper product if I take photos and send it to them of what I got. Now this is great customer service and so INCONVENIENT. Than maybe I would get a return envelope to send the wrong product back. Seems this has now become my problem not theirs. After reading reviews seems this is what they do. Living Social and Open sky is now on my DO NOT USE list and I will make sure I tell everyone that.

SCAM- False advertising! Looks NOTHING like the picture (unless you hold the earrings up to a microscope!) The company won't let me return them either! $30 lost.

I got a random email from them saying they had a great deal on bed sheets. Awesome. I need new bed sheets. I have to pay for shipping that promises to get it to me in 8-10 days. Not very good, but I go with it. I wait a week with no update on my tracking information.
Send them an email asking where my stuff is. I get a prompt response saying they'll look into it and get back to me within two days. Next day, I see that it finally shipped the day I contacted them, but no email update. And it says it'll take another 9 days to get here. So I'm now looking at getting my sheets 17 days after ordering them.
If they were backed up, I understand, but I should have been notified and possibly even offered a discount. Instead I get nothing and have to pay for shipping on an item that, for some reason, is taking two and a half weeks to get here and I'm getting no communication as to why. Now I see lots of people having experiences just like mine. Not surprising. Terrible site. NEVER using it again.

Order was processed and delivered promptly, but the items ordered were nothing like the picture on the website. Ordered solar lights for outside that were dark brown and received extremely small and white lights. Not happy paying the price I paid after all was said and done for the items that I actually received.

Ordered an item a week ago. Got USPS tracking info but no tracking info showed up. Got in touch through chat and they said it had been sent DHL? I asked why they had sent the wrong info and they said the vendor decides the shipping method. In other words they took no responsibility for the product they sold. I think Amazon has nothing to worry about.

The cutting board arrived on time, but it had a gash cut in the cardboard box and further into the cutting board. I phoned you company and spoke to a very helpful girl and she told me to email pictures and she would have it replaced. I am still waiting on the replacement.
I ordered and paid for a shirt from opensky.com more than 2 weeks ago online. The product has not yet arrived. I contacted OpenSky who promised to search for my order. I have not heard back from them. I have thus requested a refund which has not yet happened. I am no longer able to contact the Instant Chat site (blacklisted?) and my emails are answered with meaningless automatic replies. This is a very fishy outfit and I would never order from them again. I am particularly upset because their ads appear almost non-stop on my computer, sanctioned by Google, and I find out here, at this site, that their consumer satisfaction rating is really low! Google, how does this happen?

Having trouble getting in touch with luxe-3d regarding an issue i am having with the headphones. They are not answering their phones and their website does not work. Not much help with Open Sky except can return product and they gave me a contact number but otherwise no help.
20 minutes after I placed my order I found the same purse on another of your web sites and it was $10.00 cheaper. I have sent several emails asking if they would honor that price and have gotten no response. How can that be?

Went to purchase a dress today, and while browsing, I got a popup that said my cart had been discounted if I checked out in the next 5 min. So I went to my cart to see what discount had been applied, and there was nothing.
Then I saw a banner on the page that said to use the code word CHOCOLATE at checkout for 30% off. When I attempted this, it told me I could not apply that code.
I used their online chat for assistance and Andre told me that I could use the CHOCOLATE code for 30%. I then explained AGAIN that it wouldn't let me. Then he said, only "eligible" items were allowed - which wasn't stated anywhere aside from a tiny blur at the bottom of the banner: "*rules apply" yet there was no link to said '*rules.'
I then explained how I got a popup regarding my cart being discounted if I checked out within 5min, and his response was, "You shouldn't be getting that message." Funny, yet I did.
I just went back to the site for a screenshot, and there was an additional banner this time stating, "The price of [my item] decreased since you added it to your cart." Of course, that wasn't true either.
Horrible customer service, and total Bait & Switch tactics. Sad.

Both of my orders came postage due. The first one was less than a dollar. Today it was $4.93. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced and I order online daily. If there was a zero I would give it to them.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
