I ordered a U8 watch from OpenSky. For help I am sent to another site. I started a support ticket and did not hear back from support. Others have made comments about this watch. I downloaded the software for my android phone which conflicts with android OS and does not work. The watch says not returnable. Legally they must send a working watch or replace or credit. I wasted enoiugh time with support. My password does not work and when they say they were sending me a link to reset password it never came. Save your money. Do Not purchase from this company.
Love them! Going to give one to my sister when she comes for a visit in September. I know she will love it too!
Be careful when purchasing from this site - everything I have ordered (dog bed, woman's blouse, necklace and journal notebooks were all so cheap and terrible I ended up taking them to Goodwill as I would never be able to use them (almost feel bad for giving them to Goodwill but perhaps they would be okay for less than $1.) You may have better luck than I have had with their items, but just be aware.

I waited until it went on sale and was surprised that it only took a few days to get it. It was packaged very nice and neat. I could not be any happier with my purchase.
The board came with the wrong spelling of the last name. I tried to call but could only find an email. I need the gift for next Friday. Hopefully they fix their error and replace to arrive prior to 7/29. I'll change my rating if that happens but not being able to talk to someone concerns me.

I have bought at least 5 cutting boards and everyone has loved them. This one I got ordered is for a Bridal shower, when I showed my sisters they both wanted one so I just ordered two more. And will be ordering another one for a house warming gift.
I ordered two personalized mahogany cutting boards. They were delivered within a few days and they look great! One is an anniversary gift for my son and daughter-in-law, and the other is a wedding gift for my daughter and future son-in-law.
I ordered a cutting board which was to be engraved. I sent to specific instructions as to Names and Dates. It arrived with the last name misspelled! I verified to I had not given incorrect instructions and I did Not. Now 24+ plus after I brought this to your attention I have not gotten a response. Very disappointing as this was an anniversary gift.

I have purchased 2 items from OpenSky. The first was a purse which I thought I was getting a great deal on, then after the purchase I came across the same purse on Amazon for 1/2 the price. I should have checked around I guess, but I was under the impression the OpenSky had excellent prices. My second purchase was a necklace with charms that you could get your kids names engraved on and then their birth stones. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous and I love it dearly! It was a great price. So this site is a great site, but I would check around on the pricing to make sure you are getting the best deal.
I called the number that I had to research to find, to inquire about two items that after two months i had not received. The customer service rep was rude and hung up on me. I finally was able to get help thru the main website. More hassle than its worth.

I ordered from OpenSky and received a tracking number showing shipment. That was July 11. Not receiving anything I checked with OpenSky and they said it had been shipped; 4 days later they said they would check with the vendor and get back to me; as of tonight, July 20 - Nothing. No answer, no product. Awful xperience
This pendant, This boy and girl stole my heart, was a birthday gift to my daughter. It represented her two children and when I gave it to her she cried. It is the perfect gift to show the love you feel for your children and grandkids. All the pendants are great. Nice quality and it is a "Feel Good" gift. Was delivered sooner than I thought.
I was a little hesitant to buy jewelry from a picture, but the quality is excellent. It's exactly like the picture & very well made. It's not a cheap, lightweight silver, it's really a beautiful piece of jewelry. Heavy weight silver and a nice stone. I wish the stone had more color to make it more natural & authentic-looking. But I'm pretty sure it's a real stone. At any rate, it's beautiful, it was easy to order & delivered really fast.
I brought those bogo Bluetooth ear buds for $40 and expected them to be decent headphones since the original price was $114 but it was total opposite when they came in the mail they were in cheap looking packages and after a day they stopped working I'm really thinking twice about ordering things from this website now only reason I'm giving it two stars is because it came in 2 days

Loved the quick turn around in ordering and shipping! That was awesome. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. However, when I opened and inspected the wooden spoon- the inscription on the spoon part, not the handle, was obviously not centered, Now I know it only cost $10 but, I was expecting it to be done well. That left me disappointed I must admit.
Will probably not be ordering again. I did order several items. So far have received 2 of the items. The fan purchase was incomplete. Apparently there is no action on the incomplete order. I am just out the money.

I purchased what appeared to be a nice set of luggage through Open Sky and it was delivered in a timely manner by Brio Luggage - the vendor using Open Sky as a portal for sales. Open Sky's return policy - 14 days, period, end of story. No accommodation for poor quality products, or any assistance with getting accommodation through the vendor. And the vendor - not much better.
On the first trip I took, the handle of one piece of luggage broke, and the fabric on another piece tore... High quality? I think NOT!
Although the airline was accommodating and replaced the piece on which the handle broke while in their possession, neither Open Sky or Brio Luggage will help me to return the other two pieces of sub standard luggage.
Steer clear of both Open Sky, and Brio luggage!
UPDATE: After NUMEROUS phone calls to Brio Luggage and English Laundry luggage (one and the same company), they finally replaced the damaged suitcase (that came with a 3 year warranty) - but NOT without a great struggle and lots of pushing from my end. I still do NOT recommend purchasing from them, but did want to share that in the end, they did the right thing.

This place is probably just a "host" website where anyone can sell products. I found 2 motion activated LED lights in the "home" category that seem to be the same thing this evening. They are selling for $18.56 and $38.35. I bought this same motion activated LED light at one of the "Dollar" stores for either $5.95 or $6.95. There are no bargains here.
Best shop elsewhere! They are giving the web stores a bad "name". There are lots that are reputable!

I understand you are just a marketplace... and that your sellers have the right to set their own prices... But you are sending out sponsored ads that indicate "half off or more" or "up to 75% off".
Very misleading... I browsed your selection extensively, and found no great deals. So the 50 or 75% off only comes from someone jacking their suggested Retail price up and then selling it for less. Technically that's fraud.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
