Ordered a "smart" watch advertised with much more capability than it has. Very poor quality; very little function, including the Bluetooth connection, which will not remain connected. 8-3-15 a got the same canned response, which is meaningless.
Purchased two fitness monitors, $100, neither monitored heart rate, both were finally replaced after weeks of emails & phone calls. Second items did not work either and OpenSky and Vista the supplier are refusing to respond to me emails or phone calls. Both companies are a scam.
Thank you for your reply even though as I can clearly read from the other responses provided to many dissatisfied OpenSky customers, one even regarding a smart watch, this is merely a scripted message. And of course you are going to say you are happy to help and you have no idea what happened to my attempts but DO NOT insult me by basically calling me a liar. My initial reply from OpenSky was to contact Vista technical support. This I did. The technical support rep at Vista was basically a kid and apparently working out of her home. She was very frazzled during our call and not professional at all. Telling me there would be a restocking fee if I returned the items. THE ITEMS DO NOT WORK. Why would this be restocked? Why? So that this can be sent to some other innocent buyer who will end up in the same situation as me. Back and forth went our conversation. Finally she said she would email me a product return label. The next day this still had not arrived. I called again. I point blank asked her over 3 times, did you send the email. Each and every time she tried avoiding my question by telling me it should be there, check my in box, refresh my screen, try rebooting my computer, on and on, it was ridiculous. The return label finally arrived and the items were returned to Vista. Then the replacements arrived, that did not work either. I called the same number from the same phone (twice) as before and my call would not go thru. I called the number from a different phone and miraculously the call with thru. So my number had been blocked. I also emailed using the same email as prior and that bounced back to me. So the email address had been disabled. OpenSky billed me over $100 for the items and in my opinion is the responsible party to make this right. I will send you a private message and we will see where this goes from there. I will also post an update after receiving your reply/resolution to keep other buyers informed.
8/18/2016 - Follow up to resolution - After two months and finally having to reach out to the Better Business Bureau I received full credit for the defective mini smart watches. I will never ever do business with OpenSky or Vista again. There are far too many other reputable companies that will stand behind their products and not put their customers through such a hassle.

I recently purchased a TW64S heart rate exercise bracelet. Upon reading the directions, I find that it should not be worn if you have a pacemaker. I checked with my cardiologist, and he confirmed that. Now I see that the bracelet is a Final Sale item. Please consider allowing a return on a product that I am not allowed to use.

I ordered a set of full deep-pocket sheets. Loved them. So I ordered another set in a different color. The 2nd set did NOT have deep pockets and so didn't fit my bed. When I called to report the mistake I was told, sorry, that company doesn't accept returns. Too bad, sorry you are out your money. I'll never make THAT mistake again.

I ordered a voluminous, airy, dolman sleeved top in a blue and tan tribal print. I received a tiny short sleeved camp shirt style top in a black and brown print. It wouldn't even go over my shoulders despite my checking sizing info very carefully before I made the decision to purchase the top. A bad deal all around.

Do yourself a favor and never buy from this site or from JayStubs. I ordered a mini portable AC over 2 weeks ago, I was told it shipped, I tried to track it and nothing came up, contacted Opensky to have them follow up, it took several emails to find out there was an issue with the item. I said please cancel. I sent over 5 emails stating I wanted to cancel my order. Yesterday I get an email saying the item is on its way? I again contact Opensky and say I do not want it any more and how come it wasn't cancelled. I never get a straight answer but am told now I have to have it returned to shipper and then they can try and "help me get a refund" what do you me try and help? I want it refunded! Best of all you can apparently cancel your order before it ships but since the vendor apparently made up a bogus tracking number to begin with I wasn't able to cancel it early and now I have to waste my time sending it back and waiting for a refund. What a joke. Please don't shop there!

I ordered three leather cell phone bags (as gifts) and the colors I received were sable brown, gold and gray. I ordered Orange, gray and Silver. It took them 10 days to respond and then deny the colors they sent me, as if I am mistaken about what I received with no offer of a solution or compensation, just find a way to send them back. Their customer service number is hard to get through to and they are not very helpful Or knowledgeable. A very unsatisfying experience and waste of time. Most companies have good customer service and quick responses. I am not going to order from them again. Ebags, amazon, and others are excellent. Thank you.

Smaller than I expected but give off sufficient light. One port when plugged in to use turns the light off for some reason. Base not real sturdy - over priced for quality and workmanship.
If you order ANYTHING from this company beware! And if you do, you better not return it. I ordered a $22.00 pr. Of earrings (looked as thou they were made of plastic) dollar store merchandise! Returned them and was returned $8.20. A set of solar lights for $103.87. Returned $77.47... Never will I purchase anything from them, EVER

I have ordered several items, they were all good quality, one thing was the wrong color and I spoke to costumer service and it was taken care of immediately. I am very happy with the site and will order again.
My wedding band was silver with turquoise insets and much of the turquoise had fallen out. I really missed and finally googled to see how I might replace it. I was delighted to find the perfect ring on Open Sky at a price that was more than reasonable! Additionally, it reached me very promptly. The service by Open Sky was outstanding.
I have a a FPO address, (military in Japan) and OpenSky refuses to mail purchases to me! There is no plausible reason why this ridiculous policy exists. I was promised by Openly's customer service that this policy would be revisited and that I would get a written response but none was forthcoming. This is very poor policy to those who serve! Start supporting the military serving overseas NOW!

The products are cheap and look nothing like the pictures. Just shop on Aliexpress or Amazon at least they have a better return policy.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
