I ordered two items and they were delivered very promptly and were priced well.
Ordered the silver bird with nest neckless. But got a three strand neckless, it is ok as it is for a gift but not what I ordered. The gold bird with nest I did get and it is lovely.

I ordered something for my friend named "Julia" and it arrived and said "Julie." I emailed customer service and they took a day to get back to me and asked for a photo. I sent them the photo and haven't heard back yet (it's been another day, not too long... but I hope this gets fixed soon!)

Was an easy transaction. Product was represented well.
Ordered a shirt July 28. As of August 12 still no shirt. Contacted them. Verified my order "was not moving". Was told they would email me updates... never happened. When I inquired again today was told to be patient and wait for email updates. Called tonight and cancelled order... they implied they weren't sure I could get a refund... I assured them I could. They did indicate they would refund my money. Customer service was polite but very vague about why my product wasn't arriving. Lesson learned.

No return policy. I will continue to buy from Ebay, amazon, and Etsy in the future. The top is a horrible fit. Definitely made in China.
Update: They said they would not return but now they sent me a return label. Weird, but if they will do it there is no problem. Will continue to update as the process goes on.
My original review was mostly a note-to-self to never buy non-returnable goods no matter how great the offer sounds. I didn't care for the feel of the fabric and the top did not fit as I would have liked. I received an immediate response from OpenSky noting that they had changed their return policy and offered to return an item I had purchased. They gave me a phone number and alternate way to contact them, and getting in touch was easy. The woman I spoke to (Tiffany) was extremely friendly and helpful and within a few minutes, I had a return label. I was told that the entire purchase would be refunded. As a P.S. to the company, I would suggest including product reviews and, if possible, sizing guides to help consumers get a better sense of what we're getting, and also to guarantee a refund or exchange within a reasonable time if the product does not turn out or fit as expected. In the meantime, thanks for stepping up. UPDATE 9/2: Checking my bank statement and I see that they did refund $15.64 of the original $22.97 I paid. So... nope! I wouldn't call getting 68% back a "FULL refund." The $7.33 this fiasco cost me was a cheap lesson and cost them one of the original 2 stars I gave them. (I almost NEVER bother with a bad review, but what I thought was an ethical step in the right direction almost feels worse than the original "no returns" GOTCHA policy.) Meh. I'm done.

I ordered some stuff. I was shocked how bad the products are. Some item did not get delivered. I complained. It took them a long time to reply if they can even solve it. They blamed the vendors and do not follow up. And then they would say we will get back to you but then NEVER!

I love the product I purchased. I was disappointed when the gift card could not go with the item. It takes away from the surprise and gift giving value when you have to let someone know what's coming.
I purchased one piece of clothing apparel on July 25th. The order has yet to arrive and it's now August 12th. When I check the shipping information it says it's in Tampa Florida. I emailed Opensky customer service (since there is no phone number) and it takes them over 2 business days to respond each time. To make matters worse, I checked my credit card statement today and there were 2 charges amounting to over $1400. 00 that I didn't make. These charges happened right after I purchased the clothing apparel. I'm not sure if the 2 are linked but with that combined with the horrible customer service, I will never shop on Opensky again.

I was expecting to receive the ordered item by Saturday, Aug. 6th, but actually received it on Tuesday, Aug. 9th afternoon... Sunday's party were done without the surprise (ordered item) and Opensky.com willing to except the item back, but with shipping, handling and returning fees subtraction from refund amount.

I purchased one of the merchant plans at the end of July, 2016. When I inquired some questions by emails, it takes 5 days in some cases. I couldn't work with the company that has the worst customer service, and requested to refund, but refused, because refund request is within 48 hours. I filed complaints to BBB. I am wondering if the issue is resolved. I will report it to FTC or NY CA consumer protection departments until they issue a refund. The company telephone number doesn't show in contacts of OpenSky site. It shows only help for purchasing the plans.

If you cancel your plan after this initial period, it will remain active for the remainder of the current billing cycle and will close automatically thereafter. Also, our Merchant Help team responds to most support tickets within 24 hours, so the experience you described is highly unusual. I ordered a product that turned out to be a complete piece of junk. Literally junk, it barely functions. This was marked as a final sale item. I thought that under the circumstances of it being completely faulty, opensky would understand and help me out. Nope. I'm still wading through "customer service" hell.
I am well aware at this point that companies sell their products through them. Guess what? So does Amazon! Amazon also stands behind EVERY company that sells through them and will step in to help you if you need ANY assistance. Not opensky. They just tell you to figure it out with the company and send you on your way. Awesome.
All I can do is keep trying to get my money back. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go to Amazon where you're pretty much guaranteed not to get screwed over.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
