I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My experience was very similar to others here. I placed my order on July 17. My credit card was charged July 25. I went on vacation shortly after and returned August 6 - no package. Emailed them August 9 and magically my order was enroute later that day. Tracking info showed it delivered August 12 - to Indianapolis - I do not live nor have I ever lived in the state of Indiana! Emailed them again - for the next few weeks I was promised that the replacement order would be going out "that Monday" - finally received it around Sep. 1 - and it was not the size I ordered. I had ordered a large and received a medium - due to the loose fit of the item the medium is fine but this merchant will not be getting a second chance from me.
Ordered a battery powered led light early August and haven't received it in to September. Of course the transaction cleared my bank. Please think twice before doing business with Opensky.

I order the pre-seasons cast iron skillet on August 16,2016. Every time I tried to track my order I got and "expired" message. I contacted OpenSky only to be told that they were sorry and were contacting the merchant and will make several attempts. On Aug 29th, I received another email from OpenSky saying my order has "updated tracking information". Still no legit tracking information when I tried to track a few days later. Then on Sept 1st, I received another email from OpenSky informing me "Unfortunately, we have yet to hear back from the merchant about your order". One email seems to indicate they were able to contact them and the tracking was updated. Then a few days later they claimed they weren't able to contact them. Sounds like a "run around" to me. I finally contacting OpenSky to request a full refund. I'm still waiting to hear back from OpenSky. I will never place an order with them again and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND their site. I should of just stuck with ordering from Amazon. My mistake and a lesson learned. I just want my money back.

I will never order from this company again. Still waiting for a return label on the band trackers that are broken. Same day after receiving order requested a retun still waiting for someone to provide a label. Do not order from this company. If I don't get my refund I will tweet, Facebook, word of mouth, BBB, any way I can to tell about this company and bad news travels fast. Be warned don't order!

The product was ordered and delivered in a very timely manner; there were three customized items; two were correct and one has missing information. I chatted with a service representative who investigated the order and I sent him a picture of the incorrect item and it will be replaced. Great customer service
Ordered pre seasoned cast iron skillet 8. 15. 16. Received shipping confirmation which was not verifiable by the shipper, USPS. No delivery. Contacted Opensky on 8. 23. 16 who on 8.27 claimed the item was reshipped but there was "no movement after shipment". On 8.29 received shipping info with UPS on some app "ups-mi" which merely says shipping info received. No shipment. Contacted Open sky on 9. 1. 16 and reply says they will respond within 3-5 business days. Open sky app shows my order of 8. 15. 26 as "completed". This seems to be a fraud. Buyer beware!
Ordered a beach cover up in an XL to make sure it was roomy. It took almost a month to arrive and it was more like a M and the fabric had a huge material flaw. When I called, they said they had a lot of complaints with the supplier... duh! I had to pay the shipping again. Received a replacement but still did not fit. I will stick with Amazon from now on.

I ordered, and was charged almost $60 for, an 8-inch fry pan and a 10-inch fry pan. I ordered this on August 4th. Today is September 1 and I STILL do not have these pans. If you are not going to ship them. Please cancel my order and credit my account. Thank you.

Social Living ran an ad for Open Sky store. I ordered an Activity tracker for myself and my daughter & son-in-law's birthdays. They were very accommodating when I needed to call to make special arrangements, but when I received mine, it was not the product I had purchased. I looked for the one they sent, and it could be found on Amazon for $12.-- Less than half what I spent for each one! I sent them an email, and they said, they would have to review my request. WTF? So I suppose the "review" will take 2 weeks and by then, of course, my MBG will have expired.

I ordered a cast iron pan and never received it. Brands Exclusive is the merchant and, although I was told OpenSky has reached out to them concerning my order, the merchant has yet to respond. My order was placed on August 5th and my credit card was charged, but still no merchandise. This makes me very reluctant to order anything in the future.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are trying to sell microfiber sheets as bamboo claiming they are miss labelled. It takes several days for them to get back to the customer for each response. With that turn around time they must be dealing with a lot of displeased customers.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
