Have had very mixed experience with Open Sky. One order has yet to arrive, one item did not work and had to be sent back, another had so-so quality that I decided to fix, and my most recent order was fine.
I was impressed with how quickly my order arrived. While I absolutely love my product, an oil diffuser, it doesn't work on intermittent, after two rounds it shuts itself off completely. I unfortunately can only give 3 stars because of the defect, otherwise, it would have been 5
Love it... Opensky is the only place I found to have a nice leather Cigt. Case. I could not find anything like this in any local stores!
Item arrived sooner than expected and was everything I hoped it would be.
Placed an order on September 3, for smart mini, purple with extra band. I still have not received! They have taken the money off of my Visa. Most companies will not bill until item has shipped. I have tried tracking the shipping=nothing. I have sent emails, they respond "We are checking and will get back to you in 2-3 business days. Same response on the next email. I asked they cancel my order and send me my money back. Gave me same response as last 2 emails. I'm contacting my Visa company and have them credit my account and go after this fraud company!

I ordered a set of queen size bamboo sheets. They arrived with nothing on either the package or any labeling on the sheets to indicate size or fabric content. I always wash sheets before use, so I washed them. Then went to put them on the bed and discovered they are king size. I contacted the company and asked to exchange for the proper size. Their policy is they will not take anything back if it has been washed. So, even though the invoice says I ordered queen size and you can't tell until you put them on the bed, they won't exchange them. Who knows what the actual fabric content is. Hopefully word will spread what a terrible company this is and they will go out of business!
OpenSky responded to this review and asked me to send them a private message. It sounded like they might do something about this. BUT I responded to them right away and have not heard anything back from them- now over 1 week later. My review stands- TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I have had my questions answered by the comments. How disappointing. They don't receive their orders, poor quality and your clothing comes from China. The only item I have ordered was a top-3/4 sleeves, the colour pink was not as shown and it was made from a cheezy, cheap jersey, I kept it, but would not be caught dead out in it. It took weeks to arrive from China. I shall be unsubscribing from Open Sky. Sorry.

You sent two things I did not want although I told you there had been a mix-up and not to send them and one that you did send was with the wrong name on it. I usually wear a medium. I bought extra large and still could not even slightly fit in it
Waste of money! This is not a ligitimate business site. The clothing is not like what is pictured. Measurements dont go by normal sizes even when you order according to what is posted in small letters below it says allow for 3-4 inch difference in sizes. Huh? The quality is very poor and shipping takes forever. Customer service only sends emails that dont make sense for what you asked. Products come from China with zero quality control. Buyer BEWARE! Dont purchase anything!

I ordered the SMART FIT Mini + 1Free Band a Fitness and Health Monitor Watch with 2016 Upgrades in the color purple. I made this purchase on September 3rd. It is now September 13th and NO product sent yet! I WANT MY PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*UPDATE* I got in contact with Customer Service ( which by the way is piss poor). I ended up talking to some Indian moron who did NOT speak a word of English! All he kept saying was ( and I quote): " 4 shipping. Will 10 deliver." WTF!!!! I will NEVER purchase from the crooked scamming site again!
*UPDATE #2* I received my Halloween Skull Lantern, but I NEVER received the Fit Mini tracker. Fit Mini is through Vista Shops, a very greedy crooked site just like Open Sky.

I ordered a womens top XL, what I received was a very small top, it did not look at all like the add, I tried in vain to contact someone to return this item and got absolutely no where, I made another order before I received the top and I am just praying the order is like the add. I ordered an item weeks ago. Never got it. Had to contact them and they're "having problems with the manufacturer". Ok, so I tried again... they said the product was delivered... never got it.

This is the second time I have purchased from Open Sky. The first item was defective but not so expensive that I wanted the hassle of a return. The second time was a purse that I ordered for a specific trip. It arrived after I left for my trip so I wanted to return it. First of all, the online help was useless. Their english is poor and they did not answer my questions, they just kept telling me I couldn't return the product but it was a pleasure helping me. Turns out the purse was under a 14 day guarenteed return policy. So according to the policy, I needed to return the item prior to receiving it. If I insisted on returning it I paid for the cost of return plus the time of some employee who would have to process the unauthorized return. Guess what? They won and I will keep the purse. I will NEVER order from Open Sky again. What a scam.

If you received the product outside the advertised delivery timeframe, which is 10 business days for non-custom products, you also would not be held responsible for the shipping if you were to return the item. The merchandice is crap. Clothes fall apart fast. Jelewry falls apart and or turns color as soon as you wear it.
I placed a order. It never arrived & it took me over 2 months to get my refund. I had to call & email daily!

I ordered a phone case that was advertised as LifeProof (spelled exactly like that in the product description). When I received it, I found out it was not the LifeProof brand so I didn't remove any of the protective clear stickers, etc and sent an email to customer service to request a pre-paid return envelope as well as a full refund. About a week later, still no response from OpenSky, so I wrote them again. At this time, someone on their end had updated the product description by removing the reference to "LifeProof". A few days later someone replied with return instructions including that I'd have to pay for the return, completely ignoring the fact that they falsely advertised the product.
So here I am, waiting for yet another response from someone who is able to help me with my return and ensure that I will not be charged for return shipping as well as receive a full refund for the product. Seems a little shady if you ask me.

I have been trying to get email responses or a phone call to check on an order I needed by a certain date. They are very hard to deal with and not prompt at returning emails. Would not order again from them. Sellers should not use his service and go to Amazon instead who has outstanding customer service!

First off - there is not customer service number.
Second - an email was sent in regards to a cancellation order was told it would be three days before someone would contact me.
Third - The order was for 29.97 in total per the cancellation email the refund was less than what was purchased. Unfortunately, I can not dispute the charge to it clears my bank.
What poor customer service and would not recommend this site to anyone. I'll stick with Amazon.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
