I was so impressed with the picture I saw of the 3 wooden that I wanted to order them I thought (meaning all 3) for a shower present. They looked like high quality so I did place an order. When the order came it was one spoon... the quality of wood was not what I thought I saw in the picture and it wasn't as nice nor does the engraving show up like I thought it would. Oh well... live and learn.

Order two items received one! Still waiting for someone to figure it out.
Bought a personalized 11x14 cutting board. Had the cutting board engraved/carved out of the bamboo so that the husband and wife's names and anniversary date show. The cutting board looks as good as it did online. Shipping was fast; it arrived via UPS less than a week after being ordered. I plan to give this to some old friends for a Christmas present. Believe they will be surprised and pleased esp. With the way the gift is personalized.

I have shopped on OpenSky for the past several months. I have found the products to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced. However, I have recently become very disenchanted with OpenSky, as its customer service is of very poor quality. #1: When I attempted to request a return authorization, it was apparent that no one had really read my email. Then I replied to OpenSky's auto. Response, and I have not heard back at all. #2: I was interested in buying a leather satchel messenger bag and asked customer service for its dimensions (length x width x depth). I received no response whatsoever.
It's too bad, as I truly enjoyed the shopping experience. But, I'm unwilling to continue on as a fairly regular customer in the face of such poor customer service.

I ordered a pair of leggings that was taking longer than expected. I received an email from Open Sky asking me to rate my recent delivery. What recent delivery? So I did some digging and discovered my leggings were delivered clear across the country. I notified Open Sky and they were really quick about resolving the issue. The merchant reimbursed my credit card and delivered a second pair of leggings for free. Unfortunately they were too small. I ordered a large and they looked like a large in children's, not adults or juniors. I give Open Sky 5 stars for customer service and 2 stars for product quality. I'll be giving them one more chance.

The purchase was fine but the package was smashed because it was mailed in a soft envelop. As long as the product was not damaged this should not be an issue

While the measurements were provided for this product the zipper opening is a little smaller than it looks in the photo. Perhaps additional photos of the zipper opening would have clarified this issue. Otherwise, the bag is as advertised.
My order was delayed and it was the wrong color. I ordered black and got white. Not cool! Will be call to complain.

I ordered two blouses in a size larger than I usually wear. When they arrived they were so small that a child could not have fit into them. I could barely get my arm in. Material was cheap! And sewing was bad. The chat response was quick and they sent me return labels for both of them. They will of course take out what they believe is the cost of mail to and from first though. Figured that would be high, But that was several weeks ago and I have still not received even a portion of a refund.
Now I see why they're so quick sending return labels. Probably so they could send the garbage on to the next person.
I usually check these sites before buying from a new place and this time I didn't lesson learned.

I purchased three personalized wooden spoons as Christmas gifts. The spoons are heavy quality wood. Nice size with our last name imprinted on the handle. Very nice and they arrived in less than a week. Love them!

I found the necklace to be so different and interesting and was shocked when I got it home so quickly! It's a really cute charm and having my grandkids names on the bars along with my name they call me, Gigi, it was just wonderful to receive it and it didn't disappoint.
First I ordered 1 item on 8/23/16 then I saw they charged my card for 2 separate orders of the same thing. I thought oh well I can use 2 of these items and let it go. Now a month later no items received, trying to contact someone is an absolute nightmare. At least 10 emails and chat online and still just a canned response. We will check into it and get back to you in 2-3 days. Still nothing. I have now repeatedly asked for a refund and again no response. They provide no number to call them anywhere on their site... terrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. I will have a lot more to say and to more sites and people if my money is not returned ASAP.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
