This was the worst purchase of my life. The printer does not recognize the ink at all, therefore it doesn't print anything on the paper. I will never purchase anything from you again. I would really like my money back.
I was delighted to find the bamboo cutting board as a gift for our Grandson and his new bride- which could include their wedding date and names! I can't wait for Christmas to have them open it!
I really needed a great pair of wireless headphones and these work out just great. They do block out other outside noise which makes listening much better. They are fairly easy to set up.

Not good at all. The advertisement said earphones, the shipping notice said earphones and the document that came with my purchase said earphones. All plural. However there was only one ear bud that looks like a hearing add but is tied into your phone or computer.
After several attempts to get a second ear bud, we all agreed to send it back to VistaShop for a full refund which I will do in the morning.

I bought two cute watches from OpenSky, one for myself and one as a gift. They arrived quickly, and initially worked, but within 19 days, neither kept accurate time. I replaced the battery in mine (nearly the cost of the watch), but the battery wasn't the problem. I contacted OpenSky about returning the watches, but because it was 19 days after I received them, I was told return wasn't possible. I don't believe it is unreasonable to expect a watch to accurately keep time for more than 19 days! Do not buy a watch from OpenSky unless you want it purely as a decorative piece.

I've been trying to get a refund for 2 items clothing and jewelry I ordered in early August. The quality of the jewelry was very cheap and the shirt was one size fits all and resembled doll clothing. I requested a return label by email the same day the items arrived and it took days to receive the labels by email. Once I got the labels the items were returned. The items went to the wrong merchants. OpenSky tried to blame me for their mistake. I was told both items were lost and I couldn't get my refund. Although they have tracking numbers for the items they told me they couldn't locate the items and there would be no refund issued. From there a claim was opened. Oh and I forgot to mention the response to a email I sent took 2 weeks with a open claim UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm still trying to resolve this issue 6 weeks later. And when I finally called instead of emailing that wasn't any better. I was told I would only be issued a partial refund. And I should expect to receive it within 10 business days because it has to be done manually. I'm confused aren't most transactions nowadays done electronically. I don't recall them taking 10 days to take the money out of my account when I placed my order. I recommend no one order from here unless you like throwing your money away

I purchased a sheet set which came unstitched. After speaking (emailing really) with customer support they said I was outside of the 14 day cutoff. I went on sitejabber to make my concern public and within a couple of days I was contacted by OpenSky who subsequently issued me a full refund. Thank You OpenSky!

I have been wanting this purse forever! Big enough to fit my tablet when I go out, and plenty of small pockets for easy access to small things without digging around in the big section. I love it!

I received an item that was totally NOT what it was represented to be. Unfortunately, I was travelling and the 14 days passed before I was able to see the item. I asked to get a refund or store credit and they refused. I am a small business owner and the customer is always right. What harm could it be to give store credit? I will NEVER shop with them or any of the stores the represent ever again. Ugh.

Over the summer, I ordered several pairs of shoes/sandals at one time. One of those pair turned out to be a bit small. I contacted the company, it took longer than it should to get a response. Once I did get at response, I was given an address in TX to ship the smaller size to. Instead of getting the correct size, they sent it back saying that it wasn't sent to correct vendor. After several emails, I was asked to send photo of shoes, then I'm told that it is past the 30 day refund/exchange window, and they can't process any refunds or exchanges. I have send several emails since then without a response. They apparently don't care about customer service or working with a customer to fix a problem. While the company does have a wide selection of items, most of which I didn't have a problem with, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Within a day of posting this, I received a response from Opensky wanting to help correct the situation. It started well with the company granting special circumstances, refunding the purchase and letting me return the product. However, when I tried using link to shipping label, it didn't work. Further contact with company has given me the scripted responses about returns, like they didn't even bother reading the comments on file.

The overall quality of everything I have purchased, from opal earrings to "bamboo" bedsheets (feel more like polyester) are not the best quality. The old saying, "You get what you pay for" should be taken into account. Everything I've ordered has been very low priced but very low quality as well. I would save your money and get better quality from other sites.
I bought two (2) bluetooth earbuds, but only received one. Still haven't received the other even though I've been charged for it, and it says '2' on the invoice.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
