Everything looks cute or cool on pictures until it arrives. It is Alibaba for consumers. It is of very poor quality or completely non-working items from China.
I ordered a personalized cutting board and mistakenly gave the wrong date. The next day I notified Opensky to report my error. The board had already been processed. They sent me a new one with the correct date. I will continue shopping with them.
Not good they can't find my purse they say they sent the only thing I got was a freeby in a envelope for buying the purse

The cutting board I ordered is very nice, but the way I expected it to be lettered was wrong. My son in laws middle name was put as his last name. I am trying to rectify it, but as of yet, have not.

My wife recently purchase a set of wireless headphones from this site for working out. She had the headphones for almost a week before she opened the package. Three days into using the headphones (so three charges) the charging port on the headphones disconnected from the body of the headphones and fell inside them. There is no longer anyway to charge them. The body is molded so you cannot take it apart and fix it. With are busy life we were not able to contact seller until day 15. Their response is we are out of luck. Even if they could do something it cost half the price of the product to send it back for a replacement. Do not waste your time or money buying from this company. They have no custmer service

Buyer beware: A shirt I ordered was extremely small so I'm returning it. Returns are $11.10 which, I'm told, will be deducted from my credit card reimbursement. After I was told of that outrageous amount I was then asked "Do you still want to return it?" I will not be purchasing from this company again. Hopefully for that much money, the return will at least go smoothly.

The personalized bamboo cutting board is an awesome gift. I bought this gift for my fiancé and I, as our first household item as a married couple and being able to capture the date of our ceremony and our names, is a wonderful added touch. Love this purchase.

I've been wanting Bluetooth headphones for some time and finally ordered some through OpenSky. The item arrived quicker than I expected and the product was good quality and easy to figure out. The sound was good too. I have smaller than average ears but the ear buds fit just fine! I'm super excited to start using them now!
I have sent back at least 3 different items without getting my refund. The last one about a month ago. Did what I was told my one of your representatives.

OpenSky service was extremely efficient with quick delivery. The order was delivered with in 4 days using standard delivery. The cell phone wallet is made of high quality of leather. Your cell phone easily snaps securely into place. The left side has slots for your drivers license & credit cards.
I ordered this item because I liked the inscription on the heart and that I could personalize it in rememberance of my husband who recently passed away.
The bracelet is much thinner than I expected, as is the heart and the two other charms, ( smaller and lighter).

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
