I'm an infrequent OpenSky shopper, but so far, I've had great shopping experiences. Items arrive super fast and are well packaged and in good condition. I have no major concerns or worries when buying from OpenSky. Once you start to accumulate rewards, it becomes complicated about how they apply and when you can actually use them. I understand these are incentives to buy more, so I keep this in mind and don't actually believe I have $75 in reward money to spend.
I ordered from them twice. Both times the merchant did not deliver my merchandise. I suggest Not using OpenSky.
Ordered 2-pk of solar lights. Two months later I receive an email that they were delivered. That never happened - never delivered, never received. I contact OpenSky and was told - yes, they were delivered to which I replied - not to my house. My only option according to OpenSky is to take a day off work and go to my local post office to file a "never received complaint". All for $23.97. No thanks - I want a refund.

I'm reading these reviews and contemplating on being a merchant for this company. I can't imagine not getting a correct order out in a timely manner or else I would be out of business. Any suggestions and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Forget it. Took over 2 weeks to send wrong color. I advised them that I only had 2 weeks till I needed it. 7 days later they sent an email telling me they couldn't get in touch with their merchant and to wait 2 more days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The people take orders and send out merchandise but don't answer the phone? I explained that since I had run out of time I was going to use the one they sent but was still going to return it as it was again not what I ordered they could not accept that. I told them they had run me out of time and now I could not get one anywhere before I leave, they did not care. Flat out politician type crap standing by their wonderful merchant while telling me to go f myself. Seriously forget it.

Wish I would of read the reviews prior to ordering sheets off here. It's been 15 days since I ordered them and the tracking shows it still sitting waiting to be shipped. I have contacted company numerous times just to be told they will get in touch with the distributor. The other day I asked to have the order cancelled which I was told they sent a request to do so. I hope I actually get my money back. Such a rip off! Don't order off here!

Don't expect quality in whatever you order from this website. And if by any chance you have a problem with your order, be ready for the worst customer service I've seen. These people are in the business of getting your money, and not providing any customer support when their vendors do not comply with their requirements, And if if you need to return something be aware they'll charge you a hefty shipping fee for the return, to the point you might as well keep the item and donated it to charity. I am an internet buyer, and this is the first time I've encounter these issues.

Recently ordered from OS... paid for the item and even used some credit in paying for it. I have never received the item... the merchant ignored inquiries about the item and I was just told that my money would not be reimbursed! It wasn't a large amount of money but I do like to receive what I have paid for.
Save your money... do not trust OS and its policies... poor way to run a business.

Sky will not even acknowledge the return nor replace or refund my money. Very bad service.

I purchased a dress it was to small. I waited forever to get the dress then had to send it back. They didn't refund my shipping and handling and the still charged me to send it back. I ended up spending about 14.00 in shipping fees for nothing. Very unhappy with open sky. Thanks for the link to your policy but please tell me how does that solve the problem that just throughs salt on the wound. The dress didn't fit I sent it back and I'm the only one taking a lose here, I can understand having to pay at least one way but both ways. So I'm still out a dress and 14.00. Like I said bad buissness. Why respond to my comment if your not going to help. Just tring to make your business look good but you don't in my eyes thank you for a unpleasant experience.

I ordered 6 items from Open Sky and only received one. They emailed me to return all items for credit, how can I return what I never received? The one I received is a make up and jewelry pouch which is something you could buy in a Dollar Store. I should have checked reviews before ordering.

Extremely poor quality of items and basically you cannot return and get money back with very misleading confusing customer service. Also I ordered the item from livingsocial but shipped from OpenSky and they both did not have any record of my purchase (even no order #) so that they were both not responsible for the return?! Stay away from both companies!

I got this for my mother but it was just too small. She loved all the zipped parts and extra pockets but wished it could have been a bit bigger. We will have to return.

Ordered two 18k gold plated heartbeat necklaces, received two "best friends" necklaces. No Order number inside or outside packaging; no confirmation email; but they sure did charge my credit card. Contacted Customer Support and could not get any help due to no order number. DON'T BE A VICTIM!

I find the product I purchased was misrepresented. The bag I purchased is so small that it is only large enough for my great granddaughter who is not even one year old yet.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
